The main bedroom doesn’t have air conditioning so can get a bit stuffy but it was okay still.

It’s a quiet apartment, set back from a communal seating a pool area. It feels very private as you enter through a small garden gate and down some steps into a little courtyard area, where you can hang clothes to dry. The kitchen/ lounge/diner is a good size but you’re also welcome to eat food at the table near the pool. The pool itself is small but very clean and the kids had it to themselves whilst we stayed in August. They also let us use the pool after we’d checked out, as our plane wasn’t until later. They have somewhere to leave the bags, use the toilet etc. The owner is very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations. It’s in a quiet area, but you can walk to Messaria through little lanes, where there’s shops and restaurants. Our favourite restaurant was The Post Offices of the Aegean. You can catch a bus from Messaria to Fira, just be mindful when you’re coming back that the express buses don’t stop at Messaria!

Beautiful rooms.. fantastic hosts and the cleaning lady was lovely..short walk to the bus to Fira or Oia..close to supermarket and restaurants.. would definitely recommend..peace n quiet was nice too.😀

I was met at the apartment and given a full tour, my ferry was late and i was stuck in traffic but the owner waited over an hour for me

- property is new and we liked it but some tiny things not finished. - A shame the pool closed at 8pm. We didn’t think there was a reason why that was necessary.

- Swimming pool and outside landscaping. - Front balcony for eating outside. - The host Marianna was terrific. As the property is new the taxi didn’t know the location and she spoke to him by phone and directed him. She also booked our transfers to the ferry, and arranged our hire car. She was always available and helpful. - The walk to the local shops and restaurants was fun through little lanes. All very safe, but not touristy and although some areas were quaint and cute some sections were not. - we liked being out of the touristy crowded areas.

Great apartments in Messaria, out of the main tourist areas of Santorini. A much more authentic stay, impeccably clean apartments, and easy access to shops and restaurants. Hire a scooter from the village and go explore. We loved our stay and cannot wait to return

very beautiful place, very kind people, easy communication and always supportive. definitely recommended for anyone who doesn’t want to spend unnecessarily much money for an accommodation in Fira or Oia, but can still easily access any place by bus or quad or scooter. very nicely furnished and always helpful if anything is needed 🤩

location in the middle of island is perfect, place itself surrounded by big garden, very specious, comfortable, peaceful and great to relax. we booked apartment with 1 bedroom, which is in lower part of the building is very well equipped, clean, has comfortable bed and spacious, great bathroom. kitchen has everything what you need to prepare meals, which then you can enjoy at the table in the garden. our host was very helpful, answering all questions, giving a lot of suggestions. Highly recommend Santorini Viliatzio Suites, if you appreciate peace and quiet, out of the main touristic crowd. It’s located 5 min walk from the centre of Mesaria, local shops, bus stop and restaurants.

the water was stopped during the last day of our stay. we had not the chance to shower nor to go to the toilet. unfortunatelly this was pretty unpleasant for all of us.

very nice and quiet place just a few minutes from Fira. bus stops very close to the apartment. the flat is a part of the big house so you can enjoy breakfast or evenings sitting in the garden and watching sunset.
