Couldn't sleep because of the mosquitoes that are all over the hotel. The "hotel" has no staff on site after 7 pm. When we lost a key, we needed a lot of help to find the receptionist on her night off. She was kind enough to help us. It's a very basic, 1970's style, hotel.

The location is good, next to Santorini's Central bus station. The rooms are cleaned very well.

Everything was great. However when you go to Santorini.. Don't rent a car.. Just rent a bike or 4 wheeler because it's easier to find parking.

In the heart of Fira centrally located. The staff and breakfast was wonderful and I will be staying there again next time I visit.

There is no sea sight even though it is stated in the ad (there is a car park and a bus park and the noise sometimes was unbearable). The fact that I had two beds that were moving for nothing instead of a double bed. The breakfast wasn't so great, not much variety yet it wasn't possible to order a second one, only more ration of toasts were possible to order (kudos to the only guy who works as a waiter, a very hard worker). The room wasn't exceptionally clean but this was the least of the problems. But last but not least, Wi-Fi is not working properly, the signal is weak and I couldn't be able to make any calls or send emails. A Wi-Fi signal repeater on each floor with less than 30€ or a proper router/modem would be sufficient.

The position, truly at the center of Fira, the windows that allowed good sound insulation (read the cons and you'll understand why), many bars literally around the corner which made me regret ordering the breakfast included.

It’s escalating what you pay for you. I used it as a gab between another hotel booking. No lift so you have to carry your bag up many flights of stairs and there is no one on staff to help.

Receptionist behave as she work there for punishment. Breakfast is very limited not like they describe. Man who served breakfast was very rude. He screamed on us if we didn’t want what he proposed. He screamed for whole people there which have breakfast included. He definitely not suppose to work with people. Room was very small and bed suppose to be one big but instead was two separated not stable and very loud beds. Bathroom was such small we even couldn’t open the door till the end and looks like from 80’ everything so old barely worked.

Nothing was nice. Customer service did best to feel us very bad there.

Wi fi doesn’t work. I don’t think is fair to advertise wifi on this hotel. Breakfast guy is miserable, we read some comments before and checked by ourselves. The bathroom stinks and it’s beyond small.

I love the fact that the hotel is walking distance, less than 2 minutes walk from the main bus station which is key for Santorini as you need busses to go everywhere! The price was reasonable and the breakfast is included! The staff at the reception super nice.

Room and hotel were clean and comfortable. The staff was incredible and helped us with a few important questions such as finding laundry and booking airport transfers. Location was perfect for us, a super quick walk to the Fira city center and right around the corner from the bus stop (the main bus stop on the island).

The bathroom is just a very weird and inefficient layout - almost to the point it is uncomfortable. The bed was clean, but also uncomfortable. The balcony was nice.

This hotel was very close to the city center (Fira) as well as the main bus stop. This made my stay efficient and traveling around the island was easy.

The room was advertised as having a fridge unfortunately ours did not go until it was replaced until the afternoon before we left.

The Island of Santorini is beautiful . Our boat trip to the black white and red beaches was enjoyable.Lovely.

No negative point

The hotel is located in center of Fira, close by the bus terminal, which makes it really convenient to reach, airport, port and other main cities in Santorini, The room was clean and the room service doing amazing job, the air conditioning was new and was quite when you close the window, The staffs are really friendly and kind, I am quite pleased with my choice of hotel in Santorini

Power outage on one of the nights. It occurred at night and the emergency room light went on thus keeping me awake. The bathroom needs a major upgrade. The sink had rust on the has rust on the handle and the water taste like it has rust. The toilet bowl may run continuously after flushing and requires adjustment to stop the flow.

Close to Fira center as well as tour and local buses. About 10 -15 minutes walk to some nice restaurants by the cliff.

Very bad experience. We have booked a room at this Hotel in april 2022 for september 2022, and the "wonderful hospitality" give us a room full of white mold, filthy (with different types of hair on the bed and on the floor and food rests / grease on the electronical devices), water infiltrations and broken toilet seat. When we confronted them for this situation they informed us that they have no other rooms available in the location - and on top of this the "manager" said that the mold we were seeing is actually the paint from the walls. Without any sorry for ruining our vacation, they just didn't give us any opportunity to like them, therefore we left this hotel and found another place to stay for the 4 nights - without pre-reservation and in an acceptable room.
