The hotel itself is a masterpiece of intricate architecture. The staff and service were superb. The food was 5-star. The view overwhelming. The comfort inside the room was amazing. The bathrooms were very spacious. Totally worth every penny!

I really appreciated the staff at the front desk and all that helped with our accommodations. They had great recommendations, helpful information and very nice demeanor every time we went to the desk. Our room was perfect - beautiful view, very spacious, nice balcony and very comfortable. The pool was a perfect size, not crowded and clean. The view was amazing and exactly what we wanted. Everything was close to walk to and felt very safe. The breakfast was very yummy and full of options.

Plunge pool was a little buggy and our room view looked directly at a utility poll. I would stay here again but request a different room location.

The front desk was delightful to deal with and thoughtfully handled our every request. The pool restaurant team was courteous, food service fast and quality excellent. Overall, I would recommend this place to stay if visiting Santorini.

A few things: 1. Barking dogs and loud outside noises 2. The fridge was so loud I had to unplug it to get to sleep 3. Wifi was very flaky 4. Having to walk all the way down the strange dodgy area out the back.

Having a view of the pool that was placed out the back was nice. Nice staff and good brekky.

Everything was perfectly fine!

The room and setting were remarkable, we were surrounded by beauty everywhere. Be prepared to climb numerous stairs if you are staying on the "lower" level which oddly enough has room numbers in the 600's! We had virtually a "private" pool that was used by only a handful of rooms, and lovely patios that opened directly to the pool area. The Santorini Palace is exceptionally clean, well maintained and staffed with friendly people. The breakfast area was a little crowded but well worth the effort considering the overall beauty and comfort of the place. I'd return in a moment, thank you for a lovely stay!

The property is beautiful, the best views in my opinion, the staff is extremely friendly and professional. The hotel smells amazing, the rooms are instagram ready and it’s the perfect walking distance from the shopping district of Fira. They have convenient accommodations such as excursions recommendations, pool, delicious breakfast, a restaurant, and free water. 10/10 recommend and we will be back again!

we had the junior suite that was great with great view, the hotel is only 4 minutes walking from the thira center where all the bars. it has a lovely pool and clean rooms breakfast is very nice with great variety the staff is very helpful

We had an amazing stay at Santorini Palace! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to the staff for upgrading our room—it truly made our experience even more memorable. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The team was always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with any questions or recommendations. We really appreciated the personal touches and how they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Despite being centrally located, it was quiet, and we could fully unwind. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, providing a great space to relax after a day of exploring. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel!

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! The staff is amazingly kind and helpful. The rooms and all areas of the hotel are very clean and tidy. The cleaning staff cleans the rooms very precisely, they come in every day if you ask, and when you get back to your room at the end of the day, you will find wonderful cleanliness. The interior is wonderful, the atmosphere of the Greek Cyclades is mixed with modern style. The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. The pool in the hotel is great, which is made even more pleasant by the Pool bar next to it, where you can eat and drink. (Aperol Spritz is delicious!!) Do not hesitate to ask the hotel for help if you need a transfer from the airport and back. They will arrange it for you very willingly. When you arrive, the reception will give you detailed information about the island. (Cities, programs, transport options with prices) The location of the hotel is fantastic, the center, restaurants, bars, shops, bus station, taxi station are a 10-minute walk away. In a word, I highly recommend Santorini Palace to everyone!!
