Front staff were dishonest. We booked a taxi through the hotel to the port and it was meant only for 4 of us at 45 euros. Instead they put us on a shared ride and we still paid 45 euro. Extremely disappointing and dishonest treatment from the staff. Taxi drivers are a rip off on this island. Minimum fare is 30 euro from any point.

The beds and linens need to be upgraded in the rooms. The mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable, the pillows were flat and the bed linens not soft. We were disappointed in their quality. The breakfast options could improve with an omelet station and cut fresh fruit.

Great location close to the caldera and view of the sea on the back side of the island. Pool area is spectacular.

I loved the location of the hotel, great sunset view just across the street from the property. Staff were excellent. John gave us an upgrade to a beautiful room with an awesome sunrise we saw every morning from our porch. John gave us the information about how to get around the island on bus. He is a gem for the hotel.

Breakfast should start earlier. The restaurant opens at 8AM, and there was always a large crowd waiting to get in.

More varied foods to offer on menu and better deserts. We would have eaten there instead of out if the menu was more extensive. Decaf coffee lol The pool needs a handle in the shallow end. My mom and I couldn’t get in we were scared to slip and hurt ourselves. There was one in the deep end but we didn’t want to go there the water was quite cold

Breakfast was good, the only thing missing for us was the decaf coffee that I had to go get at the pool bar each morning and purchase extra but they were very accommodating by opening it early on our last day so we could get some before our taxi pick up The staff was very sweet and very helpful with their advice on everything, directions, restaurants , taxi reservations etc…

The bedroom was slightly underwhelming for the price paid.

The staff were great- special mention to John at the front desk who was just fantastic!! Very helpful, very friendly and so well spoken. The hotel was very pretty, we loved the pool and bar area and the proximity to Fira town.

Unfortunately the drinking water isn’t drinkable out of the taps in Santorini in the hotel so I think that clean water should have been at no cost, they include two small bottles to start which is lovely but I think that it should be included for the stay. I also think if they had real fruit juice instead of just the concentrate for the breakfast buffet really would just elevate the experience. Thank you!
