The staff was incredible, before our trip they answered and questions we had. They helped us with securing a taxi to and from the airport and with suggestions on what do do in town. the facilities were very clean and comfortable. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely hotel with plenty of facilities. Pool area was nice. Great choices at breakfast. Was just a good distance and easy walk to the main shops and restaurants. The only fault was the weather, but you couldn’t do anything about that 😊

The ONLY downside was the swimming pool temperature. It was freezing! The pool loungers, beds and bar area were immaculate as was the whole hotel but the pool remained empty

we liked EVERYTHING about the property. Our room was excellent with a view over the pool and the sea in the distance. A very comfortable bed and plenty of storage space.A 10 min stroll along the Caldera path took us into the centre of Fira. Breakfast varied every day so everybody was catered for. the staff were marvellous

Wonderful hotel and great management. We booked for one night but our flight got to Santorini for 7a.m. which was hours before check in, so they upgraded our room and also said we can have an extra breakfast at 8 for free rather than having to go find breakfast outside.. The hotel was gorgeous and the room was amazing with gorgeous views! The management was great and was at service straight away when needed! 11/10! would recommend to anyone travelling to Santorini.

The bathroom has a glass door that dos not provide the best privace soundproofing features. Also, in dispite of all the good things, this hotel is more like a 3 stars than 4, considering the standard decoration and comfort of the bedroom. It is important to mention that the breakfast included does not correspond to a 4 stars hotel. The hairdryer is unbelievably bad. It wouldn't blow out a candle. It's a safe model that doe not heat up enough to give the hair a nice and quick shape. Bring your own hairdryer to not get disappointed.

The location is quite good, close to the narrow streets where the village is with its all stores and restaurants. The pool is unbelievable nice but we couldn't enjoy as it was raining and windy. The structure is excellent! Staff are very helpful.

The hotel has an excellent location, very clean and absolutely great staff. The service provided was 10/10 which made our holiday more memorable. The moment we arrived until we checked out, I couldn't be more thankful. I have to give a special mention to the bar staff in the pool, Michalis and the lady serving our food (pity we didn't get her name). The guy in the reception Nichos has been really helpful but again kudos to everyone in the hotel. Everyone we see constantly has smiles on their faces which makes it very comfortable. I will definitely come back and stay here again. Thanks a million.

The breakfast could be improved a little. It was not bad at all, but there seemed to be room for improvement for a 4-star hotel. After the first day, it felt a bit monotonous with limited options to choose from.

Amazing hotel, really felt like a palace when you first enter inside. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. They helped us with planning our visits nearby and also helped in booking some tours. The room was very spacious and well cleaned. The pool was also very good with the view of the ocean.

not very close to Fira town center. a little hard to transport if use public bus. all rooms windows and balconies not facing west, you will not have most popular ocean views of Santorini when staying in room.

the room assigned to us was new extension finished months ago. facilities look new. very friendly and professional staff at reception desk, they took care of customers needs. good breakfast. clean and spacious room. beautiful view from room
