It is not very friendly for families with small children. The bathroom is so small. It is great that they provide towels and cleaning every day, but somehow the apartment needs a deep cleaning.

Could not rate this accomodation higher! We will definitely be back to stay soon!! Place was spotless, cleaned every day, not that there was need! Owners and staff were so lovely and helpful, and it is right on the beachfront, like right in front of u, 5 steps down, from a gorgeous grass personal area, it's central but not right in the madness of laganas which is up the road if u want it, a few min walk! Could not recommend this more if you want to be close to the madness but away at the same time! With the gorgeous views, clean and new looking rooms, 3 supermarkets around corner, and the owners and staff as I said were so nice! Little bit of paradise I will never regret staying in!!

There wasn't much to not like. I understand that some rooms in the hotel have a small kitchen area with a small stove and space to prepare food. Our room did not have this (we knew this when booking and the rooms with kitchens were fully booked), but I think it should be a standard for all rooms to have a space and facilities to prepare food. This wasn't a big inconvenience for us, but for some it may be a problem, especially if you don't want to spend a lot of money on eating out.

The location of the property couldn't be better. Beautiful views of the sea from the balcony, easy access to the beach, close proximity to bars and restaurants and relatively quiet during the night despite it being peak season. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel property features sunbeds free to use for customers. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Very noisy around but it is all Laganas we thought we were going to a quiet place in front of the sea but no, it is a party place. Apart from that we try to use the TV to watch the football and it wasn’t good the reception. They didn’t have the wifi password in the room but I asked and they provided the day after. There were no spoons to make you coffee.

It was clean, nice view, the owner recommended us a place to go and see the turtles and we saw them it was awesome.

Very clean and best location in laganas area, we saw a lot of turtles just from our balcony, the staff are very friendly. We felt home , everything was excellent, we had super relaxing week in Zakynthos. Definitely we will stay here next time.

We loved the place, perfectly by the beach. The room were very modern and clean. The private garden at the beach were very nice and at perhaps the most perfect spot at Laganas Beach. The kindly host and the nice lady cleaning the room were very serviceminded and helpful. We vill come back and recommend Sea View as a perfect place to stay on Holliday. Miss already the glass of vine sitting on the terrace looking at the sea in the evenings.

Nice recently renovated room, nice balcony, right at the beach with amazing view, private garden, good contact with the host, the room was available until 5pm on the day of departure until the taxi picked us up back to the airport! We highly recommend the Sea View.

We liked everything!

Location just right on the beach, free sunbeds available in the garden, amazing sea view from the balcony, huge bed and very good mattress. Rooms are clean and fresh towels provided daily. Also, parking places are available for free at the location and plenty of restaurants are nearby. Our plane arrived very early in the morning, but the owner allowed us to check-in much sooner than specified on booking, thank you very much for this!

Lovely host, very friendly and ready to help where ever possible. Great location, quiet but still central, everything needed is within 5 minutes walk. Property was well maintained, clean and had everything you would need for a short or long stay. Can warmly recommend, especially if you love cats, of which there are many around.

The wifi could be better but we understood that this not depends for the proprety, in main season is it same in all Laganas.

Best location in Laganas, is on the beach, but very close to the supermarket and the main street, but isn't loud. The property has a garden, where are sunbads and umbrelas.

Amazing view from the balcony, large suite with full equipment kitchen. Quiet location but close to the funny main street with many restaurants, shops and coctails bars. Only "five" steps to the beach, shallow crystal clear Ionian sea, many turtles float around you, interesting to observe them during snorkeling. But back to the Sea view, the big boss hostess is very very friendly and still ready to help you. The sounds of the waves falled asleep us. Something like a TOUCH OF THE SEA Absolutely recommend the Sea view !!! Thanks so much, I hope to return back. EVCHARISTÓ

The hotel was nicely renovated, everything worked in the room and we had a pleasant stay with a sea view from the balcony. The small garden with direct access to the sea was convenient. The beach was perfect for swimming, the sand was soft and water was clean. If you like to sunbathe, the garden has private sun-beds and no walk-through. The english style breakfast menu was available in a restaurant with a nice terrace and service, located next to the hotel. Also, there were many restaurants and bars along the beach for lunch and dinner. Despite central location on the beach, the hotel was peaceful. We enjoyed a couple of boat tours, the island has many beautiful locations. The host and staff at SeaView were very kind and attentive. We would be happy to come back to SeaView any time!

Excelent and very kind personal! Everything clean. It is close to city centre and there are a lot of pubs a restaurants. Supermarket is located aprox 100m far away. After check out we can stay on the beach and after that use outside shower. It was so kind and perfect before our flight.
