* Location - quiet area (in October), close to the beach (just across the street) and 20 min with car to Phira. Close to a store and restaurants. * Breakfast - nice buffet that could have been excellent with just some more exotic fruits. * Beach - enjoy black beach under an umbrella

It’s quite tired. The rooms didn’t look like the pictures here, with decor missing. The shower wasn’t very warm and because of the water or plumbing, there was a sulphuric smell (egg), but this is a bit out of the control of the hotel. We stayed at other hotels rated 3 star on the island and they were better than this hotel. I think the price is mostly because of the location (which was a good location)

The staff were nice enough, especially behind the bar. The location with the beach was just what we needed to relax after a few nights in Fira. The beds were comfy and the Aircon was good

Great location and very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is located near a lot of bars and restaurants, however the hotel is a bit further away from the road so you dont have any annoying noises from the traffic or tourists. The beach right in front of the hotel is beautiful. The AC worked great, we were always able to make it a comfortable temperature in the room. The shower was amazing, one of the best ones I've encountered during my travels!

There was only shampoo in the suite and they never restocked it, no conditioner or body soap. Even when I asked it wasn’t available. Overall they don’t restock the room even with toilet paper. You have to ask for things

Excellent location. Right at the beach with dedicated private area at the beach for hotel guests. Staff extremely friendly and responsive including the staff at the restaurant during breakfast and all day. Extremely clean. Even though you really need a rental car in Santorini, and transportation is very pricy, you really can get by without one at this place since it is close to everything you need including restaurants, markets and shops.

There has been a change of staff from last year. The breakfast quality was lower, and the beach chairs were not cleaned regularly, so in those aspects there was a clear decrease in quality which reduced the value for money of the stay compared with 2023. Hopefully it improves for 2025, as at least the cleanliness of the beach is something easy to change.

Room was fantastic, exactly as in the photos. Location beside the beach perfectly suited what we were looking for. Daily cleaning was perfect.

Breakfast was dissapointing. Not much variety of food, and was always finished. I went for breakfast at different hours and there was always a problem like no water or no eggs, no fruits, etc. I always had to ask for the refill. The bathroom by the pool (and for the restaurant) was always very very veeeery dirty. At the swimming pool there was almost not shade at all until the evening. The stay was ok, but i expected more for the money I payed.

The only thing extra I wish they had in the room was more throw rugs on the floor as the bare tile floors felt a little cold and unfriendly, but otherwise the room was fine, simple but spacious & comfortable

lovely affordable beachfront small hotel right on the water on the east side of the island of Santorini, much less crowded and noisy and busy than the more expensive side of the island so I was entirely happy here. On site restaurant and bar, on-site pool as well which was really nice after being in the saltwaterand the waves. Staff were wonderful, the food was excellent, the lounge chairs and shade cover and restaurant service while on the beach was wonderful. If I ever go back to Santorini I will definitely stay here again. there was a little store nearby, and the whole beachfront is walkable with a variety of restaurants and hotels quiet and authentic feeling, everyone's around barefoot and casual and all the shade makes it nice so you don't have to cook in the sun.

1. Just across the Black Sand beach - with their own sunbeds and beach umbrellas - this place had much less crowd than Oia and overall it was peaceful with the promenade just few mins away 2. Very helpful hostess - not only she managed an early check in for us , helped with car rents and lots of good advice 3. Nice clean rooms, nice beds, balcony, swimming pool , breakfast, nice restaurant , there is even a small basin with electric kettle and cups

Our room was not cleaned everyday. This is ridiculous because this is a 5 star hotel. Everyday I had to call and ask for cleaning. But still got no cleaning? They also damaged my small suitcase’s front part on my departure date because they put our luggages at the exit of hotel on the way outside.

Our room did not have a TV (other rooms did though) The beds were harder, Greek-style, a little more difficult to get used to. AC only in the main room.

The receptionists were fantastic - helpful, full of advice, friendly, ... Literally across a small street from the beach. The hotel has its own parasols and benches, which you can use for free and they provide beach towels. There are several restaurants nearby. The view from the master bed was amazing - palms and sea. A small balcony with table and drying rack - great for drying out clothes and towels. I recommend having a rental car to make is easier to go places. There are several water activities available nearby (we didn't use them due to time constraints). We only stayed 3 days - I wish it had been longer! Have or buy flipflops or sandals to walk with on the sand - it's black and heats up A LOT under the sun. Even a few meters practically burns your feet.
