The only thing we realized is that we were far from restaurants and walking in the evening wasn’t a great option. So rent a car if you will be staying here. We did that and it made a big difference!

Great location which was accessible to beach, great facilities like Swimming pool, gazebo. Host Rita made all arrangements ready as per time. It was nice to see welcome by Cocktails and served complimentary breakfast. Complimentary cats to p0lay. Ample of car parking space Would recommend this place

Lovely place with great host Rita and surprise breakfast everyday. We enjoyed the stay. Rita was very helpful in every case we had. The pool was ok, clean and refreshing after whole day out. Kamari promenade in a walking distance.

It was just too noisy by the airport when using the pool in the day although there is always airport noise in Kamari we felt this villa was just too close for us to choose to return again.

The villa was perfect and the staff helpful and attentive. The greek breakfast was also amazing nothing was too much trouble from ringing taxis, ordering a takeaway and assisting with an anniversary meal in Oia.

No door at the big room was annoying to be honest, and the airport is really close so you hear airplanes all day

The daybeds look good but in reality they are not comfortable for four people. They are in direct sunlight all day. Our daybed mattress had a broken zip which looked shabby, a shame since the villa and pool are stunning. The villa really needs some sunloungers. Having a sunlounger was really important for me so Claire found me one to use for the duration of my holiday (bless her). The lack of comfortable sunloungers was disappointing. The villa is almost on the runway, planes come very close. We liked watching them but others may not. They did not disturb us when we were sleeping in the villa.

The villa was wonderful, comfortable beds, pool was fantastic. The main advantage of choosing this villa, however, was being looked after by Claire. She was utterly amazing and was available at all times to help us book taxis, make us complimentary afternoon cocktails, brought us fresh fruit and brought us the most amazing breakfasts which we were not expecting. When I had a maintenance issue Claire resolved this issue quickly (within 24 hours). She really is a credit to these villas, whatever she is paid it is not enough. Varna was also amazing, she brought us homemade cookies and a delicious cake.

Claire met us at the door, she was so friendly and welcoming. Both Claire & Vana offered so many local tips and ideas. They brought us breakfast each morning, and even a drink in the evenings.

It's close to the airport, you have airplane noise all day and late at nights. But the Villa is beautiful and very reasonably priced compared to Fira and Oia. So if you spend most time out and are not bothered by the noise it's a great choice

Very nice facility for our family to spend holidays. We were in one of the largest villas which could comfortably accommodate 8 people. Claire was so helpful to arrange everything for us, from car rental to airport transportation. She also helped to arrange my cousin's 20th wedding anniversary celebration with a cake and cocktail. We really enjoyed the stay. It's 15min walk to Kamari many restaurants and shops. Lots of great places to eat. There's a mini kitchen in the Villa in case feel like prepping food. They also offer arranging food delivery. Claire texted me a couple days before our arrival to coordinate arrival time and airport transportation. We loved the communication It's a great location for large groups. Super friendly staff

A small walk to the main town but was OK for the young , just that we had our parents so it took to long with them , but they had thought of everything

The service , we had the best service ever , vana and klentiana were the best hostesses , nothing was too much trouble , they brought us breakfast , fruit , drinks all kinds of stuff and arranged everything we needed , it was so sad to leave them , they were an extention to our family , love you both xxx

Kamari is lovely but it was busy and our accomodation was about 1 km from all the restaurants or town so a walk every morning and night on rocks wasn’t really relaxing . It’s not easy to get in and out of the water anywhere along that coastline either, although the water is so refreshing, it’s not easy just to dive in. But the worst part was that we were literally ON the airport , I mean literally. .Planes start to arrive at 6 am and the last one arrived at 1 15am , there is movement and loud sounds all day.

What makes this property outstanding is the host Vana. She is amazing and made our stay in Santorini very enjoyable. She goes beyond the normal and can organise anything ( I mean anything ) that you may need or want. When she suggests something - do it. She organised a cruise and a car rental and suggested many restaurants that were all fabulous. Thanks Vana we loved our stay with you. 😊🇬🇷

The weather was windy when we stayed there at September, so we couldn’t sit outside in the evening. Beach near the villa isn’t the best one to swim when there is a strong wind.

Vana is an amazing host! She made everything for us to stay comfortable and relaxed. Appreciate this! We booked the biggest villa for 3 nights and it can accommodate a company of 4 people without any difficulties. The villa has its own pool and a table with chairs outside (you can have your breakfast there when the weather is fine).

The location is a bit further out than we thought it would be. And with children, and a mother in law, it was too far to walk, also dangerous with no real foot paths, just road, to walk on. It may be beneficial to hire a car, we did for a couple of days, to get out and about.

Vana was an excellent host! So helpful and just lovely! The complimentary breakfast, and afternoon cocktails, were a brilliant bonus! Pool area was amazing, and we loved seeing the planes take off and land!
