RomaniaCoffee, sweets/cakes, ants in our ground floor room. Some of the people in the restaurant didn’t bother to answer to Hello… The other part of the restaurant staff & reception very nice, professional & dedicated.
We appreciated that we had all we needed at our disposal( all inclusive concept). Pools open from 8 to 20,30, 2 pool bars, ice cream available all the time.

Great for the price, the pool and facilities were amazing we found the room very comfortable and was nicer then we expected, perfect if you are young with many young people around and good vibes. The bar was really nice aswell and the staff were all accommodating!

AustriaBeginning from Check-in, everything was running smoothly. Very nice stuff, starting from reception to the cleaning stuff. The restaurant was always very clean and the food in a nice quality. Also the cuisine themes like Italia, Tex-Mex and Greek were done very well. There was always a place to find, in- and outdoor to have a breakfast or dinner. Both bars were very comfortable and the drinks delicious. All in all, a beautiful stay.

United KingdomWe booked a large room and 2 single beds a long time in advance on booking.com website. We had deliberately paid more for this room as we were 3 adults. When we got to the hotel and checked in, I realised that I had been given the wrong room. I showed my booking to the receptionist who replied that they did not have any other rooms available until 3 days later. I has been given a room with a large bed and a sofa bed which were the cheaper option on the website. In the meantime, the 3rd adult on my booking stay was uncomfortable. His feet were longer than the sofa bed. I was really upset. Clearly the room I had paid for had been given to someone else and they did not have any other alternatives. No refund given- I even paid an additional charge for the safe in the room. On the 3rd day of my stay I was finally given the room I had paid for which was far more better. We could finally unpacked our clothing, shoes etc into the wardrobe. - I had 2 cocktails on my room bill ( extra charge not included in the all inclusive drinks) which I asked them to levy when I checked out due to my issue with the room. - lack of entertainment - only available once a week

Manager and staff extremely welcoming and friendly. No request ever felt too big, ensured we had connecting rooms as we had kids. Food - good variety of choices each day. Even prepared a snack in our room as we were checking in after 23:00. Hotel very nice and well maintained. Pools were great. Rooms serviced everyday. Had a fantastic holiday largely thanks to how friendly and accommodating the staff were. Other family members arrived the day we left and are also having a great time

Food was lovely and varied. The pools were nice and clean and the bars by the pool were great. Rooms were good and we had a nice view of the pool. Staff were incredible and went above and beyond. The hotel owner was amazing and personally helped us out when we lost our suitcase in the airport. Everyone was chatty and had really good communication with us! Location was perfect for us and was in walking distance of everything we needed.

AustriaDisappointing for an all inclusive hotel that a basic necessity like drinking water is charged for after the first complimentary bottle is finished. For such a warm environment such as Crete in summer this should be freely available around the entire hotel.

GreeceIt was a short but a very nice stay. We recharged our batteries and we hope to be able to do it again. All meals we got were excellent with large variety. Special thanks to mr Michalis who is managing the hotel in a very professional way. Babis, the afternoon - evening shift cook, is a very polite and smiley person.
