Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaThis sweet little hotel is just a few minutes walk from the gorgeous Agia Anna beach. We loved the easy location and the amazing beach front restaurants nearby. We chose the budget room and it was budget. Very bare bones, no shower curtain, funny little bath/shower. But it worked and was sufficient for what we needed. The pool was beautiful and the grounds were pretty and well maintained. The breakfast that was included was sufficient as well.

United KingdomReally liked the pool and a literal 2 minute walk to the beach. Lots of nearby supermarkets to get drinks/snacks and a great kitchen/fridge to make the most of them. Lovely balcony area too.

United KingdomThe only thing we didn't like was the shower, you have to hold the shower head yourself to wash yourself
The location, the pool, the room was cleaned and new towels everyday, Considering we had the budget room ( all that ws available when we booked) it was excellent

CanadaJacuzzi was small for 1 or 2 people in our unit while other jacuzzi in other units were much bigger.
Large swimming pool was a great alternative in addition to the beach across the street. Room was completely renovated recently with added jacuzzi on the balcony. Room was cleaned everyday.

GreeceThis specific studio room is in urgent need of upgrade, everything inside is outdated or plain old. Agressive cats are everywhere around the property, and outside the door, bothering you especially when eating something.
Great value for money, location, pool and breakfast, friendly stuff.

Finland-
A great family-owned hotel. In a really good location. The pool area was great and the size of the pool was large for an island hotel. The staff was really nice.

AustraliaThe room was as described, however the closet had a strong smell and we couldn't put our clothes in. A few extra items in the kitchenette (more glasses, cups, cutlery, tea towels) could have been useful.
Nice pool, good complimentary breakfast and a short stroll away from the beach, cafes/tavernas and supermarkets. The room was good, enough space for our family of 3 and also a little kitchenette and a fridge. It looked more like a resort than a hotel, with small rooms/apartments located around the pool. We really enjoyed our stay!

GermanyThe bathrom / shower could do with a renovation and is quite small (like nearly everywhere on the islands - so in the end it´s an ordinary greek hotel-bathroom)
We have been staying at this hotel almost every year for a few days during our trip to the Cyclades (for the last 12 years). This speaks for itself - it is very close to the beach and opposite a supermarket. The rooms are good, the bathroom could be a bit bigger and newer but the sensational pool with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas makes up for it. There is a small kitchen in the rooms (breakfast or salads can be prepared). You can eat on the balcony or terrace with a pool view. There is no street noise.

AustraliaThe wifi wasn't the best and the upstairs shower is far too small to accommodate most adults, especially without a shower curtain to contain the water. Luckily the downstairs bathroom was much bigger and had a screen so we all used that one
We really enjoyed our stay here. Friendly staff, comfortable beds and a great pool area. Only a couple of minutes walk to the beach where you can have dinner on the sand.

AustraliaNo shade on either balcony. Steep internal staircase with no hand rail.
The breakfast was fine. A good selection. A nice breakfast area. The room was very good overlooking the pool. The pool area was large with plenty of sun-lounges. The Hotel is close to the beach and restaurants and cafes. Plenty of hire car hire businesses. Double glazing to all windows kept the room nice and quiet.

United StatesAs we visited in May and temperatures were mild (not hot), the rooms were a bit damp in feeling. Not sure how to remedy this but it resulted in the beds and room feeling damp.
Fantastic location and breakfast, friendly staff and we loved the pool area and sea view from the balcony. Economical stay in the heart of Agia Anna just a few steps away from the grocery store and bus stop.

United KingdomLovely hotel in a great location, just a couple minutes walk away and a bus stop right next to the hotel (buy tickets in the supermarket a 1 minute walk away). The apartment was simple, clean and suited our needs well. The pool is a lovely area, very inviting and comfortable with the sun loungers. The staff were also welcoming and friendly. Altogether a good price and we'd be happy to stay here again.
