Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room is small but didn't need more than that for one night . The walls are very thin so you can hear everything, every conversation and if someone is using the toilet .
It's was ok. For the price, I expected a bit more than we got, but overall, it was fine. Parked on the street for free.

No hotel parking. If you check in at night no chance to find a nearby parking. We had to park 2 blocks away.
Nice basic hotel, 20 minutes drive from Athens airport. Room was simple but clean. Bed was a bit on the "hard" side. Breakfast was fair. Good value for the price.

I wish the served snacks or lunches .
The staff made this trip ! As I traveled alone I was very nervous. They helped me with transportation and recommended restaurants ! I felt very looked after and safe with them ! The breakfast was traditional basic but excellent . The local was prefect by local supermarkets, restaurants and a stunning beach .

Sounds, the soundproof level is very low. The breakfast is basic, would be great with juice options. (Water, squash, coffee and tea were available).
The location was excellent 1 hour from Athens by public transport and 5 minutes from the beach. Many shops around there (bakery, pharmacy and a very good restaurant). Clean room with air conditioner. Everyone was very kind and helpful!

The room was basic and it felt old and that the bathroom and was in need of a refresh. The door to the room was not sound proof as described and we were woken up several times each night by the lift, other bedroom doors banging loudly or people talking in the corridor. The bed wasn't very comfy. The beach was further away than described. The breakfast was very basic and limited.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a good location for restaurants and the beach. The pool was the best part of the hotel, the area was clean and tidy and it was a relaxing environment.

It would be nice if we could have a swim before check out. The Lifeguard only starts work at 11am when check out time is and we weren't allowed to swim before 11am.

It could be noisy when guests banged doors getting in and out of their rooms (not the hotel's fault but the guests).
The staff were friendly and very helpful e.g. for answering questions about the area and booking taxis. The pool area is lovely and relaxing. The breakfast buffet had a good choice and was regularly topped up.

Some rooms are nicer than others. The apartments’ kitchen could do with a bit more utensils and refresh of the decor
The location is great and all the staff are very nice helpful and accommodating. They have 50% concessions arrangement with the beach down the road which is great. It feels like a small and friendly family hotel. The pool is great.

It would be more convenient if there was a bracket to attach shower head/hose to free your hands when washing! Also there was no tea or coffee available but they supplied a kettle.
A friendly clean hotel. Although it’s dated, it was clean and the pool was clean too. The staff at breakfast were always on hand to help you, when needed. I like to point out the staff on the desk were friendly, specially the gentleman in the morning/ afternoon, who always greeted you with a smile.

While the room was nice and the beds were comfortable, the shower/bath could have been a little bigger or updated. Everything else was fine.
The staff, especially, made the stay very pleasant as they were friendly and helpful. The hotel is well organized and the swimming pool is properly managed. Walking to the beaches was easy. Public transport was reasonably good. The hotel is well located and its environment was very relaxing and pretty.

Really decent room, affordable and close to all amenities. You get what you are paying for and here price/quality was great! Staff was very helpful. Definitely recommended for a short stay.
