ItalyThe WIFI never worked, even after I told the manager. And honestly I expected more from an apartment handled by a market, no bottle water, come on? how much does that cost? but we did have 2 (TWO) tea bags and 1 small butter (the kind they serve on planes) with 1 (ONE) knife as the only cutlery. Now when I went down and asked for two spoons I was given them right away but honestly the kitchen should be a lil more organized. Also the kitchen/bathroom sink and bedroom are ALL in the same room... The apartment was not bad but too expensive for what you get, in my mind.
Apartment right on the beach, very good location, staff very friendly.

Amazing location, right by the beach, had an amazing balcony view of the beach, could literally hear the waves as I was trying to sleep. Even had to sun-beds included with the rooms so that was an expense that we didn’t have to pay everyday of our stay. Bus stop right outside the place, quite confusing bus to sort out but not their fault. Very nice supermarket below, offering a nice bakery section for the mornings, and a really good set of restaurants <5 min walk away.

Loved the simple style and design, the location is very convenient and the mini-market downstairs is the best when you are too lazy to move anywhere and just wanna have a breakfast or a glass of wine in your terrace. The staff is also super friendly.

The accommodation is right on the beach, and Agios Prokopios and Plaka beaches are within walking distance, which is a great advantage for families with young children. There's a store within the accommodation, and all the staff, including the owner, are very friendly and accommodating. The bus stop is right nearby. I would say the price-to-quality ratio is perfect.

United KingdomThe owner is rude, obnoxious, intimidating and not helpful No WiFi whole trip so ended up spending a fortune on roaming fee (UK provider not shengen), owner just told me that’s ‘it’s an island what do I expect’ ? Basically trying to treat me like an idiot, lost of places nearby had perfect WiFi he is cutting costs and have no care about clients once he collected his money (it’s all non refundable and I had to pay many months in advance) No cooking facilities except small kettle, even so advertised as kitchenette with cooking equipment. There is not even storage for plates, there were some dirty plates and some cutlery under the sink. The only sink in the whole unit, is in that kitchenette area which is basically next to bed - all in one room. I was not prepared not to be able to cook at all the whole trip. Hot tub again advertised did not work either. Room is much smaller then on the photo - just a room with one massive bed and no room for anything else Lots of nice clean places nearby, area and beach are very nice too I love Greece, been many time in different places and always great experience, nice friendly hosts … but not this time Just avoid verykokkos at all costs

The owner of this apartment is running a scam with booking.com. I have contacted booking.com regarding this, it's been over a month and they have failed to get back to me. After months of planning this holiday I was left stranded by the scam artist. I got a taxi from the port and could not find the place, called the property couldn't understand a word he was saying, i made the taxi driver speak to him. The taxi driver laughed and told me to go in the shop and collect the keys. We went in the shop and got the key from a girl working behind the counter, it turns out the apartment is above the shop. She took us upstairs to a dingy dark small room which looked filthy, there was only one bed there. I informed her that I booked an apartment with 2 single bed, she informed me there was no such thing here it is only one bed apartment. She informed me she is not the owner and she will call the owner, she informed me that the owner told her we can go if we don't like it. I was scared and distraught as the fact that I was scammed sunk in. There was 2 of us and the apartment was small and it only had one small bed, there was no way we could stay there. I tried calling booking.com but could not get through, ibe tried all the internatikn numbers none of them worked.I've emailed them but they still have not got back to me. Luckily I've managed to find another apartment nearby but I had to pay in cash, I ended borrowing the money which ended up costing me more. I have emailed booking.com for a refund but nothing happened. I eventually called them and managed to get a refund. I am disgusted with booking.com that they still have not got back to me, I have not received any response to all the emails I have sent them or have I received any apology. This company clearly work with scam artist to con people out their money. They let anyone fasly advertise on their website and leave people stranded abroad.
