Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomOur patio was small but with our own sunbeds. It had roof over it, yet every morning the floor was wet due to water sprinklers and due to cleaning the restaurant floor upstairs. One morning we were soaked having breakfast. Also our daughter slipped a couple of times on the stone floor and hit her head as the floor was so wet. This needs to be fixed as it's really dangerous! Also, the grass just outside our apartment looked inviting on the pictures, but it was too wet and muddy to play on unfortunately. Also, I believe the pictures of the outside area are not accurate - they're from the building next door with the seaview apartments. The beds are soft and comfortable, but on wheels! So whenever we were leaning back the bed moved. Very strange.
We stayed in one of the ground floor premium rooms, close to the beach. We loved the pool areas! The adults pool is quite luxurious. The pool restaurant was good too. Beach is stony so you need swimshoes. (can be bought in supermarket across the street) Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back. :)

United Kingdomwe needed a late check out due to a very late flight, the hotel was not fully booked yet the reception staff lied and said the hotel was full - The facilities for having a shower etc once checked out are awful it is basically a pool shower, you could only dry your hair if you had your own hairdryer and there was no where dry to put your clean clothes, that is when I booked a room at the hotel using booking.com. Hotel customer relations did get involved and got us a room in the main hotel no refund but they did offer us a free meal for two.
Sea view. Hotel location if you were in the main hotel easy access to the beach. Great boat trip and easy car hire.

LithuaniaAll drinks during the dinner (even water) and sunbeds near the sea for extra charge. Poor wi-fi in the room, but better in the lobby. Old-fashioned hairdryer.
Very spacious family room with huge balcony, kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms, was cleaned and towels were changed every day. Amazing and very tasty food for breakfast and dinner, great variety of food choises on dinner, always some national greek dishes. You can always find free sunbeds near the pool. Amazing aquagym each day with cool dances and music. Sea beach just near the hotel.

ItalyThe photo on booking.com doesn't correspond to the reality (it is a mistake: in the room with garden view it was the photos of a room with sea view). Everything was wonderful, if i really have to say something negative maybe I can just say that the furniture in the room was very simple and not that modern like the rest of the hotel and the key card to enter the room doesn't work very well
Very nice location directly at the beach, nice staff, entertainment programs (sport: yoga, stretching, Zumba, fitness on the beach, aqua gym; in the evening: dance or acrobatics shows, bingo, karaoke etc). The food was also very good (all you can eat buffet). We booked a double room but we got a gratis upgrade (double room+ children's room + kitchen) because it was available

The stuff was very kindly and helpful, their costumer service was excelent- we had some problem with the hotel dinner and they solved it in no time. The beds are very comfortable- even the sofa beds! The beach is very close, there is car rental at the hotel which is super cofortable.

IsraelThe mattresses were way too soft. Only cable TV. Kids club was a huge disappointment - no air conditioning and very old toys. For almost 24h we were without a soap or shampoo as the dispensers in the room did not work Sunbeds on the beach were not free, 5 euro per each. The Basin tap was in very bad conditions and we had to use both hands to turn on the water. In the shower the water temperature was not stable and kept jumping from freezing to boiling.
The hotel is in a very good place, on the shore of the Aegean sea, nearby on the road lots of little stores and taverns within just a few minutes walk. On the other side of the road within 1 minute walk there is a little train stop that goes by every hour with a sightseeing tour of the city. The breakfast was nice. There are also 2 restaurants in the hotel, one at the bar by the swimming pools and the other one with a scenic view of the sea. The prices are the same as in the restaurants within a 10-15 minutes walk. There are 5 swimming pools at the hotel - 2 for adults only, 1 for family (deep) and 2 for kids, one of which has an octopus slide. Near the kids pools there is kids playground with a gate to lock if needed. There is a kids club, table for ping pong, field for volleyball, shelves for baggage storage and lockers near the reception. We were with a 4 year old, and ordered the Kids Suite Apartment - we got a kids table with chairs, coloring book and colors, plastic kids kitchenware and also, as a present a t-shirt for him. In the suite we had a kitchen with a little fridge, kitchenware, coffee machine, etc. The air conditioner worked perfectly, we got clean towels every day. On the balcony there was a special rack for laundry drying which was very convenient. Notes: Before arriving we read a lot about the planes going above the hotel and making disturbing noises, we did not see them as disturbing, we would say they were moderate at most, our kid had lots of fun watching the planes so close. At the reception we were told that beach towels are 4 euro per each, we actually had 2 of them in the room so the payment is for the extra ones.

United KingdomValue for money! I think the hotel is new at all-inclusive packages, so the lunch/dinner only had 2-3 main course options, vegetarians would need to eat salad, pasta and rice most of the days and for gluten intolerants the options were even less. Most of the food and desserts were quite tasteless and of medium quality. The drinks at the bar that were included were simply bad: margaritas were sweet and had no salt mai tais were super sweet, etc. The purpose of our trip was to spend 3days away from family & work to relax and do nothing but swim and eat. So the quality of the food and drinks was important for us. Pool towels were charged 4€ each (and not a refundable guarantee amount like in other resorts), bottled water was extra (but you can ask for a carafe which is free for your meal or go across the street at the hotel’s mini market and buy a bottle for your room), late check out was a 30€ for the 1hour longer we needed. I was expecting to get a list of what is included and what’s not, but that wasn’t the case so after we got charged for a coffee we started asking and realized some coffees are indeed included and others are not. So always ask! Generally staff were friendly but we did have a couple of restaurant staff that were a bit on the rude side (one didn’t believe our room number was the one we told him).
There are a few pools plus the beach however not all of them are free of charge and one is adults only. Location was good- 15mins to the airport and another 10mins to the city The entertainment was great, with various activities during the day(aqua gym, darts, zumba, etc) and an evening show for adults after the mini disco. We LOVED the urban dance night, what great performances! Room was clean and well kept but nothing amazing. We had the family room, which had 1double bedroom plus 2 single beds in the living room/kitchen area- would be great for a family of 4! F&B outlets were open at good times- eg breakfast until 11am, dinner until 9pm, all-inclusive drinks until 11pm and bar until midnight or so.

RomaniaAt the dinner we paid the water. This is not normal. The cleaning is not so high level. Very expensive the pool bar. We paid for the sofa at beach area. The check-out should be done until 11, is not normal, with pressure from the cleaning lady, she entered directly in our room at 10.50 to inform us that in 10 minutes we need to check-out. As well I want to mention that the « do not disturb » status was well set-up at door. We asked for an iron in the morning and nothing..the day after I asked again for and they bring it to me for few hours, in the evening was not there anymore. The internet connection is horror! All those small things are important to be improved as soon as possible, otherwise you will lose the potential customers!!!

GermanyWe chose half board for our stay but I must say that I was very disappointed with the food, especially the dinner buffet. The quality of the food is unacceptable in my opinion, for the price. The traditional greek dishes, for example, were inferior to any of the ones we tried at local eateries and restaurants. The cakes and desserts look beautiful but taste absolutely subpar! Needless to say, we hardly ate during dinner. Neither did we look forward to them, which was a shame. The rooms are honestly a little dated and old. You also have to pay 18reuros to use the safe in the room (for a 3 night stay). I booked a room for 4 and two had to sleep on the sofas in the living room. That would have been fine if bedsheets were provided. But they weren´t. The sofas are old and the material is rough and prickly, not to mention a little smelly. In the end, I requested for bedsheets to lay over the sofas, which they provided without further questions. We wanted to play billiard but both tables on the property were out of order. The game machines there are also very dated and not well maintained.
The resort is a short distance from the airport and covers quite a large area. It even has its own mini mart, which is quite well stocked. Buying bottled water is a must when staying here. The private beach is the best thing here and we had a great time relaxing on the sun beds, or just walking along the shore after meals. There are also a few resident cats on the property, which are very clean and affectionate toward the guests. Staff is friendly and polite, especially those at the restaurants during meal services. Their cheerful faces and warm greetings made us feel very welcome each time. There also plenty of areas to lounge around on the property. Comfortable couches with free flow cold drinks for all at the lobby, a number of swimming pools, bars, ala carte restaurants.

BrazilThe room description is unclear, all the rooms have single beds which can be pushed together, and the hotel is too close to the airport, so you can hear planes arriving and departing.
The small town is close to the beach and has good restaurants. It is not far from the airport. You have plenty of things to do. I think it will be good for a family to stay there, but maybe not so much for a couple.

GreeceThe only thing i didn't like was that we could not get any English or Greek speaking programmes and there was not even subtitles on the TV. The only channels we got on the TV was English and Greek news. Also I didn't like that if breakfast wasn't included in your stay we couldn't get an individual breakfast apart from the buffet breakfast at €20 until after 11.00 am. The buffet was lovely but too much for us to eat so we were not going to pay €20 for a piece of toast with an egg or a toast with jam that we could get for half the price and why wait until 11.00 to have breakfast. You might need to consider having a section where people can just get a simple breakfast at the same time with the others and not wait till 11.00 when it's time for lunch. Apart from the above everything was great.
The location was amazing The pool was beautiful and very clean The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. The beach was a few steps from our Hotel Beautiful beach
