The stairs need an urgent repair.

Beautiful view, very clean, big enough, 2 bathrooms, big swimming pool, even if we didn't use it as we prefer the sea. The location is also very good.

It would be nice to have a bit more equipment for the kitchen (knifes, wooden utensils, etc).

Comfortable and clean apartment with a truly amazing view and some of the best sunsets you can dream of. The swimming pool is also very nice and you can easily spend the day there. The location is great for exploring the island of Lefkada.

10/10, 5 Stars across the board for this amazing place! One of the best accommodation experiences! Huge thank you to Argiri, and his Parents for all their great help and communication that made this stay very memorable. The views you get from the pool are stunning and the pool is fantastic to swim in. You can relax and have sunset drinks by the pool and enjoy the surrounding area, covered with olive trees. The room is very spacious and comfortable and has a great shower. Easy to park on site and the location is perfect. Short drive to Kathisma Beach and Agios Nikitas. Drive the other way and in 5 mins to get to the most stunning cocktail bar, Amente Restaurant & Cocktail bar. Be sure to also visit a great restaurant called Pueblo restaurant in the village of Karya. Overall, an amazing stay and I can't thank the hosts enough.

The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no hot water all the time, so the shower in the morning is almost impossible.

We spent our honeymoon at this wonderful place. Dimitris and his parents are so lovely hosts and so good people. The parents take care of the pool and everything else on the property. No 5 star hotel can ever match service like this family delivers. We couldnt pick a better place for our honeymoon. Thanks for all! Efcharisto

The location has a gorgeous view, it's quiet and elegant, it's more beautiful than the pictures. The owners are very sweet and discrete. The sundown by the pool is memorable. We had everything we needed here and we really want to come back.

There should be rules for common spaces. When they are used they should be cleaned and left in the condition in which they were found. Some people staying at the same time as us left their towels on the chairs even though they no longer used the table in the courtyard.

The hosts are kind and ready to help. They changed our towels and cleaned the house every 4 days. The rooms are big and our maisonette was perfect for four adults.

We had the entire facility (four units) and the pool to ourselves which made our stay even more wonderful. The only thing that could possible be improved is the view, which was excellent, but not as spectacular as that further up the "mountain".

Breakfast was comprised of traditional Greek delicacies prepared perfectly by our hosts. We travelled all over the island by car using Sunset view as a home base. I know the island well and this location was ideal to access all points easily.

The water pump is noisy and need some reparation.

Very nice apartment, if you like some privacy. But without a car, you are lost. If you know that, you can enjoy your stay and drive to all the beautiful beaches, restaurants... We enjoy.

Seemed little bit deserted but we liked it actually since we were all for ourselves. The swimming pool was often filled with fallen bees and insects… but there were beehives in the neighborhood. Some of the interior looked quite wobbly… and the stairs were making really loud noise when going upstairs or downstairs.

Spacey apartment in two floors with the two balconies and really great view on Ionian see.

Avoid! Rude manager, new ignorant owners!!! PREVIOUS GOOD REVIEWS are NOT RELEVANT! Owners has changed! Read reviews on Tripadvisor.gr, when recently one family called a police due to psycho behaviour of a “manager” It was our 2nd stay here, but now I am leaving with the worst experience! When we arrived furniture in our room (under the chairs, on the wardrobe, next to the bed etc.) was covered by spider net. I had impression our room was not cleaned, so I messaged manager - Kostas. The guy came in about 5 mins, angry, no smile, no welcoming us, with angry tone said why am I complaining when everything else in the room is okay except of “just” the spider net. He told me “for the price you pay I am renting one night in my luxury villas on the hill, so if you want luxury, book those!” He was treating me like I am nothing just a poor person paying not enough to get a clean room, which should be standard, he was laughing to my face! Dear god who cares about his villas? Do promotion somewhere else. I cared about the room I paid for! He was rude and didnt event apologise or checked and cleaned our room properly. The spider net was not even cleaned on the 3rd day when they do regular cleaning. Second thing - I especially requested studio on ground floor next to the swimming pool, to be close to it as my mum has walking difficulties. However we got another studio, on the ground floor but further from the pool. The terraces of these studios are separated by the fence, he told us not to pass through terrace, if other guests are outside. We were following his advice. However, one morning we noticed there is a lock on our fence!! Without letting us know, without any notice he just locked the fence during the night, so my mum had to go around whole property to got to the pool, even though nobody was sitting on the other terrace! He made everything to make our stay so uncomfortable. So rude behaviour I never experienced in my life!!
