Only a few minutes from the center of the town. Nice view and the area had a lot of plants and flowers (banana tree, flowers etc)

Greece32 Reviews11 helpful votes“Overpriced room!!!”Overall the amount we paid was very high compared to what the room had to offer. The place was small and not very clean, neither the floor nor the towels (we asked two times for the towels to be changed since they seemed to have stains on them), while the TV screen was a little bigger than my phone's screen xxx (and of course it almost did not work). Since the house is surrounded by garden and plants, it was full of insects and cockroaches (we also found a huge one in the room); of course this does not have to do with the property directly, but I think a good disinfestation would help to reduce them. I didn't use the WiFi so I cannot say whether it worked fine or not. In general the room was really neglected, which is okay for someone who just wants to spend the night, but there is no excuse if they ask you to pay 85 euros per day (two people)!
The location was quite, within a small walking distance to the port of Spetses, but almost 25 minutes from the old port. Mr. Dimitris was very kind, helpful and willing to assist with any of our requests during our stay.

Greece2 Reviews“HORRIBLE!!!”Starting with the room, was unclean, on the floor was hair from the previous host. The bathroom is DIRTY, I was afraid to touch anything, the toilet was dirty as well. The doors when you want to open you just can’t, because they not open normally, as well as they do a lot of noise. The towels smells smoke of cigarette. The property is high from the center, be prepared for stairs ( around 40 stairs to arrive to your room). When I asked about all this to the owner he’s answer was:”I cannot do anything, if you don’t like you can go to another place”. Seriously this is an answer from an owner??? I paid 600€\week and the price is not affordable for what you get. In those 6 days they “cleaned” only once, and what they do was to bring towels and take the garbage. Of course if I could put 0zero I would do it with pleasure. Also there are a lot of cats and smells horrible when you go to your room.

Greece1 review“Sorry to leave such a bad review but I would not suggest to stay there because of the dirt.”The room was extremely dirty. Bedsheets and towels had blood, rust and other kind of spots upon them. Another disgusting thing was the toilet itself, inside the toilet was black because seems like it was never cleaned. Additionaly the sink was almost broken, we had to pay attention while opening and closing. Something minor compare to the others, the curtain for having shower was linear and not corner shape, havimg this shape the problem was that whenever we had a shower the water was going also upon the toilet. In order to stay there for two nights since there was no availability to stay somewhere else, we had to buy new bedsheets, towels and chlorine. (For more details see photos attached)
The location was good, the apartment was very close to the everything on foot. The staff was gentle and wanted to help us with a map to mention all good destinations to go since it was our first time in Spetses Island.

Also good eating places are within less than 5 minutes reach.
