Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe layout of our room with a little confusing and lacked storage space for clothes.
Excellent location not far from the main road but apart from some road noise you wouldn’t know. Easy access to other parts of the island, port and airport. Very friendly staff, who were still smiling and attentive - not your usual end of season lethargy! Excellent new boutique hotel that will get better and better!

NetherlandsThis was my 7th visit to Rhodes (4th time in Faliraki) and I'm already planning to come back and stay in this hotel next time! This is a 'startup' hotel with a lot of potential - completely renovated, with a jacuzzi or swimming pool in some rooms. It has everything you can expect - kettle, coffee/ tea, fridge and complimentary drinks, shower gels/shampoo and even bathrobes! The hosts are very kind and happy to help with any questions (we got a tip for a local honey producer). The bay view from the room was to die for. The breakfast was ok (maybe something to improve) but we didn't mind considering there were peacocks looking for some treats :) Tip - rent a car in the airport so you can drive to different locations every day as it's a central location for everything (Airport, Rhodes town, Lindos, Tsambika beach and even Prasonisi is no more than 1h away)

Aesthetically pleasing. The pool was amazing. The view changes all the time. Staff were so welcoming, it seems to be ran by one family. Nothing was too much trouble. Enjoyed the location much better than thought. Far enough out of town to be quiet and relaxing. You can walk in to faliraki and we also walked to Anthony Quinn Bay

BelgiumThe parking area could be better managed, with some designated spaces. It is now an open space, not looking professional.
Very nice hotel, with friendly staff, lovely view and huge room.

United KingdomNothing. The hotel and its staff are first class, we were so well looked after and gave nothing other than praise for the Palms Concept.
Located in a beautiful spot on a hillside with incredible views out to the sea and the hills. The hotel was small and quiet with superb facilities and our room with its own large private pool was superb.

EstoniaWe liked the remote location on top of a small hill, it was mainly adults only hotel which made it also nice and peaceful. The hosts are supernice and the breakfast options very good. The rooms were spacious and the pool area very comfortable.

United KingdomNothing !
Such a beautiful hotel, only opened this year, beautiful room, pool and location alongside super lovely and accommodating staff, easy check in process. Breakfast is good, with a variety of options and yummy coffee with a stunning view and peacocks strolling around by the grass! (even baby peacocks occasionally!) there is a bus stop by the hotel or 10 minutes walk there is another for more frequent buses to Rhodes Town etc, easy walk to Anthony queen bay beach, Faliraki Center and shops / restaurants. You can grab food / drinks from the restaurant throughout the day by the pool or we really recommend visiting Pavo Cafe just a little walk away, that has yummy food and a gorgeous view for a sunset! Overall highly recommend! We thank you again for a wonderful stay.

United KingdomA lovely little hotel just outside of busy Faliraki. Perfect if you are looking to relax and wind down. Within walking distance to Anthony Quinn bay and great restaurants such a Kounna and Taverna Lelis. Easy access to travel to Rhodes and visit the Old town or Kallthea Springs and other beaches. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Highlight was the infinity pool that overlooks stunning views and the delicious breakfast. Hope to revisit again.

Germany- in high season more than €200 / night is a bit over the top - more sun beds by the pool would be amazing - AC in rooms is weak and cannot be used without being in the room- it takes around 1 hour to cool down rooms which heat up during the day
- well located and silent/ relaxing: close to Faliraki and Anthony Quinn Bay - friendly and caring staff - good breakfast

SwedenWe loved EVERYTHING!! One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel was the secluded area. We just wanted three days (before going to a place way more lively). It had everything we wanted - amazing staff, extremely clean hotel, BEAUTIFUL view, tasty food, amazing pools, peacocks roaming the area (and screaming - you get used to it 😆 it sounds like a mix between a cat and a seagull 😆) and beautiful sunsets! We had a room with a private pool and it was amazing! Highly recommend. We also enjoyed the big pool for swimming. You could stay in the big pool during sunset and at night have drinks (realy ones as well!). It was a dream! But mostly we just spent time in our private pool with a bottle of prosecco until very late at night. Also, walking to Anthony Quinn Bay was not very far. It was H O T during our stay but it was still not a problem walking there and back. If you get tired you just stop at the mini market for some AC and cold drinks (but please throw you trash in the bin!) or stay at a really nice restaurant pretty much half way (next to the mini market). Our stay at Palms Concept Hotel was a "no fuss experience". Yes, we could bring the food to our room - just take the dishes back please (no problem), yes, we could rent a car, yes of course we can sit in the sun loungers while eating out food in bikini/swim trousers. We can not recommend this hotel enough! If you stay more that three nights we recommend renting a car for a day or two for easier access to restaurants and beaches . It is a bit remote (but that is what we came for!). Thank you Palms Concept Hotel for an amazing and r e l a x i n g experience!

United KingdomLovely little hotel renovated to a really good standard and the nicest family running it. Amazing private pool rooms and infinity pool with the most beautiful sunset view. Breakfast was available every day with different traditional Greek items on offer and your choice of egg cooked fresh for you. Ultimately nothing was too much trouble and the family running the hotel were happy to help with anything. Great location just outside the busy centre of Faliraki. Walking distance to some really beautiful bays or a very short taxi ride.

United KingdomIt felt like somethings not finished properly and systems not in place: 1. housekeeping was very poor - each day had to request replenish of tea/coffee; toiletries in bathroom. Old wet towels not replaced, bin in bathroom not emptied…last evening no sheet put on bed… ( staff did respond when asked, but should have been in place already) 2. Breakfast - was okay but sporadic and lacked consistency , kept running out of things . Only stocked one sort of ice cream available to buy during day ? 3. Shower didn’t drain so floor got soaked, socket fittings in bedroom came out of wall…little things which gave sense a rush job , for the season …shame as detracted from potential of property. 4. During day no one was at bar a number of times had keep going back 4. Overall felt like no one was managing
Pool; view was beautiful, bar staff friendly , very quiet and relaxing. Room was good in space and decor. Great air con Peacocks were lovely addition to ambiance. Chilled

United KingdomEven though you pay €3 per day tax for air conditioning, the electricity card is tied up to the door keys and you cannot leave the a/c on while you’re away and once you come back from the beach your room is boiling.
