For older people, the toilet was low with no hand rail and the mattress was firm

The breakfast could have been better. The variety was fairly average, and there was an additional charge for an espresso.

The property had amazing views, super friendly staff, spacious rooms, and a convenient parking lot. Since it was winter, we didn’t get the chance to enjoy the pool, but everything else was great!

The road that leads to the hotel it’s a bit difficult and very steep. Even though the facilities were clean, there was no trash bin in the room and we had to wait until the next morning to get our room cleaned which was very disturbing. We encountered a problem with our room because we booked a room with a double bed and when we arrived, the room that was given to us had two single beds. We talked to the staff about our problem and if we had the option to move to another room like the one that we booked unfortunately, that was not doable so they put an extra pillow between the two beds so me and my partner could sleep together

Perfect location with a great view of the lake and the city of Ioannina. Beautiful and clean facilities and a very enjoyable place as there was not any city noises or disturbances and you could relax any time of the day. The stuff was excellent, very polite and so helpful

I loved that the rooms were pet friendly and we could also leave our polite gigantic dog alone in the room without the staff complaining. on the contrary, it was their suggestion so we could see all the sights, since museums are not pet friendly.

Located above the lake, so lots of winding roads but easy to find. You can’t walk anywhere close really but easy to jump back in the car for restaurants etc. Amazing views in the night with the lights and in the morning. Very comfortable stay and very good breakfast. Recommended.

The mattress was too hard. Not for older bodies.

We had booked a budget room without a view, but as there was a vacancy the kind man on reception upgraded us to a room with a stunning view at no extra cost. Great staff, hearty breakfast, unbeatable view.

Google does not lead correctly to the gate of the hotel. We went up and down a couple of times till we found it. Basically you drive up until you see the green sign of the hotel to the right. The pool seems amazing. We could not try it as it was early October. I can only image how much more amazing would be if it was heated. Just a kind suggestion to the owner - think about heat pump for the pool :) Describtion in booking says check-in until 21:00 , but also 24 hour reception, so it is a bit confusing. Had to call to confirm.

The room amenities could be better. There is an electrical kettle and there are two glasses. Not even a spoon, coffee or tea bags, sugar bags or anything else.

The hotel is very nice and the staff friendly but the 5 star classification is deceiving.. The view from the hotel is amazing and you can see that the building is new, but a lot of the small things that make a great 5 star hotel were missing like: no towels in our room when we arrived (no number of the reception on the cellphone so we need to go downstairs to get the towels), just one pillow per person on the bed (but very large and comfortable bed), our room hadn't a view to the pool so the window open to a wall or the apartment in front, the breakfast was really poor for 5 star hotel, no door at the shower so you spill everything out, the minibar only has water, there are stairs to the bathroom so for disabled people can be a problem... Overall, if this was a 3 or 4 star hotel I would give it a 10, this way I simply can't.
