Swimming pools were not heated and it was not possible to swimming in any of them as the water was very cold. Didn’t like the fact that you had to pay 3 euros a day to use the room safe. That should have been provided free of charge.

Stunning swimming pool area. General design of the hotel was fantastic apart from dining room which was a little old fashioned compared to the rest of the hotel.

Parking can be a problem

We thought the whole staff worked well together including management! It’s unusual to see it shown in all area! The restaurant management never stopped including wiping tables setting tables etc ! The bar manager helped out behind the bar while his staff were doing other duties!

The hotel is huge and is quite busy but that's to be expected. Didn't really like that we had to pick up our pool towels from another building - the place is massive. The bathroom unfortunately had a strong smell. The shower is very awkwardly built so you'll splash water all around the bathroom no matter what you do. Just reposition the soap holder and it'll be ok.

Nice, spacious, clean room. Good service. Good pools, and a very generous breakfast buffet.

The property is beautiful and very modern. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool area is very nice and plenty of Sunbeds. I also liked how they upgraded our room for our wedding anniversary stay, we also had a bottle of fizz and chocolates in our room on arrival. Very nice touch. Location is great, only a couple of minute walk to the beach and restaurants.

No omelettes to order at breakfast. Meat and fish at dinner were poor I’d have to say.

My husband complained that the pillows were not very comfortable. Important point ...we had a street view, on another hotel, and sometimes they had concerts(music), it was too loud, it was really hard to sleep for children.

Great location. Really helpful staff, always ready to help with any question. The breakfast and dinner were really good, everyone will find something to eat and drink. Sea 🌊 and a lot of taverns, shops are not far from the hotel.

The stairs going up to the ground level for the elevator were difficult for us to get up with our luggage! You need a ramp there for people to pull up/down luggage easier.

One staff member (I think his name is Jorgos - senior staff) in the restaurant was rude the whole time. Everyone else is extremely kind and pleasant.

A few of the morning restaurant staff seemed a bit cold but weren’t rude as such, just not all that friendly. Cocktails by the pool were a bit average for the price

Rooms / apartment were a good size and cleaned well every day. Pool was excellent! Always enough sun beds available but didn’t feel quiet. Most of the staff were very friendly. Good choice at breakfast. Good location for the beach and Rethymno. About a 20mins walk to the old town. Kids club available sometimes which was a nice touch. We only went once as it was closed the next day but the staff on the day we went were very lovely.

Managment and staff of the Hotel deserve pure 10! Where to start...Hotel has a great location, 3 min to the nice beach, and 15-20min to the old town. Rethymno its a worth visitting place, you have long beach anf town in one place. Rooms comfortable, clean with nice amenities. Food...oh my god the food!!! We had breakfast and dinner. The finest selection of food I ever had in a hotel. Staff....the most dedicated to guests I ever seen! The evenings have concept with nice and quality entertainment as well, not to loud and quite enjoyable! Also during some days, sax is playing by the pool.I Highly recomend this hotel for visitting Crete. We will be back for sure!

The streets around the hotel are totally overcrowded, so it is essential to pay 8 EUR/day for hotel parking. The pool closes at 18h, which is a joke during summer months.

We got the room upgrade for free. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. All staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from Rethymno's public beach and local markets. In about 20 minutes, you can easily reach the old town and the harbor area. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help. We stayed on a bed-and-breakfast basis and loved the fresh, varied breakfast each morning. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. The hotel also has a spa area and a pool, alongside a restuarant and a bar. Also, the hotel area is safe. We would gladly return for summer 2025!

I don't know if it can be better than that. The period i was there also is a high demand period so everything you see, are true only for someone who would go there in the peak of summer season in Greece. So, nothing particularly negative here.

Since the hotel didn't exceed my expectations or fell short, i would say that it's a very good hotel overall. I liked a lot the gym, the pool is very nice at night with the lights, though you cannot enjoy it very much because it's almost always full, both it's pools. I liked the variety of the morning buffet, though i would like it if it had more vegan options.
