There are a couple of improvements that I would suggest. 1. I wish I could have had a hot shower ... even first thing in the morning it was cold. I don't know if this is a general problem or just for my room; 209. 2. I wish the breakfast staff could have spoken a little English, I wasn't able to make myself understood when I wanted to have my omelette in 10 mins rather than immediately, as I was eating my cereal and fruit at the time. I do appreciate that I was on a small Greek Island but even sign language didnt work 🙂

Wifi in our room was slow though worked fine on balcony and in all public areas. It might have just been the location of our room

The hotel rooms are decorated really well. Lovely tones and quality furnishings. The bed also was one of the most comfortable of our trip. Rooms were cleaned well every day. Olivia was helpful with any request we had and made the stay very enjoyable.

The only thing really was that the implements and pots for the kitchen were somewhat quirky! There was a huge saucepan but not a small one for example. It wouldn't have been easy to prepare any cooked meal. It didn't really bother us because the breakfast was so good and we wanted to eat out. I'm sure if we had asked something would have been done to improve things but it isn't what would be expected. I would suggest that the the descriptions of the rooms should be amended to highlight the differences between the room types.

We received excellent service from Olivia, who picked us up from the port on arrival and took us back on departure. We were a little disappointed with the room we were were given on arrival, only because the view was restricted by an adjacent property. Had we just booked for a couple of nights we would have accepted it because everything else was fine. However, as we had booked 9 nights we really wanted something better. Olivia said it might be difficult to move us because the hotel was almost full but promised to try. Just a few minutes later she came up with an offer. We could move immediately to a larger room for 4 nights at no extra charge if we agreed to upgrade to one of their best rooms on the first floor, with mountain views for the remaining 5 nights. We were shown the room and it was just what we had wanted. After that, we enjoyed both rooms and had a wonderful time there. It was a lesson learned. We really should have booked the best room in the first place! The cost was considerable more but it was worth it. We initially just booked one breakfast so that we could decide whether or not it was good value. It was exceptional value so we booked breakfasts for the whole stay.

This is Christopher I absolutely loved everything, the hotel location,my room 202 sea views ,morning sunrise INCREDIBLE The staff of cleaners were friendly and very efficient. Olivia was so friendly, so helpful and caring,and funny she actually made my stay so wonderful, I wish I could score higher 10 is not enough,when I return I want my room 202 Thankyou again Olivia for making my stay AMAZING ❤️ I had pictures of my room and the reception area/ relaxing sitting area, but annoyingly can't find them.BUT BASSICALLY EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT THANKYOU OLIVIA From Christopher

The pool here is well maintained and makes a nice change from being in salt water. Very peaceful and quiet. The bed was so comfortable my husband and I slept so incredibly well, we would definitely stay here again!

Nothing, great hotel in the heart of tilos

Our room was great, plenty of room, bathroom fantastic, shower great, bed was so comfortable bedding and towels very white and towels fluffy, staff were nice and happy, nothing to much for them, olivia was always smiling and made time for little chat, Pool was fantastic, Breakfast was plentiful, AC great , Wonderful 15 nights stay, collected and dropped off at ferry port, early morning drop off too, thank you olivia 😀

As the room has a little kitchenette, (great idea) but items there were rather random! Had we wanted to use this 'self catering' ability we would have needed to ask for IE. A pan and extra crockery ... etc

Olivia collected us from the port. She was very friendly & welcoming, offering us a welcome drink, much appreciated! The hotel has had some refurbishment since we stayed in 2022 - which enhanced comfort & keeps the hotel updated. The bed was very comfortable 😊

Fantastic stay at Tilos Mare! The room we had was bright and spacious. Cosy furniture and sweet colours. The hotel itsself is so nice and stylish. The lovely pool is overlooked by the ubiquitous bougainvillea, what a view! Located only 5 min by foot from the Livadia centre, this is a perfect nest for a night or more! Last but not least, the staff was outstanding. Shipmaster Olivia caters to all your needs as well as the rest of the staff. We can only sing the praises for this hotel! We will come back! Fra & Dam

The apartment had a hob and a kettle but we would have welcomed a toaster and maybe a microwave. There was no plug for the sink and no tea towel to dry dishes. No other snags.

Although there were only two of us we stayed in a two room apartment. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful indeed. The apartment was comfortable, well furnished and spotlessly clean. We had a wrap-around balcony so could always choose whether to sit in sun or shade. The air conditioning worked well. The views from the balcony were delightful, far-off hills and a lovely swimming pool. Located close to the sea front in Livadia with its harbour and a long promenade, stretching right around the bay, with mini-markets, gift shops, bars and tavernas. The swimming pool was fabulous, kept really clean despite the delightful bougainvillea dropping petals on it all the time. It was a clever pool with a sculptured bottom so that it was shallow all round the edges but around 2 meters in the centre.

The main living area in the accommodation was OK, but let it down a bit . To be fair, that area would be vastly improved by having two new modern sofa beds and a proper modern stone backslash to the kitchen area ....that would have better made the accommodation boutique. Instead, the dated sofa bed and sofa let down the place ..we thought. The pool didn't appear to be pristinely clean. There was a brown tide mark around the top of the pool walls, which should have been scrubbed or attended too.. We look after a pool so we know how it should look. The public areas were otherwise clean and well maintained. Overall, a lovely stay is a lovely place with lovely staff especially Olivia .

Lovely staff and pleasant surroundings. Olivia was very busy, especially on our arrival night, whilst she managed very well to check in numerous guests from the port ..shuttling them up from the port and simultaneously checking them in ...too much really for one person...she really needed another in that task ...it would have been better service too I think. The room was very clean and bed supremely comfortable.. We booked a deluxe room, which I am told differed only from the standard room in that it had an updated bathroom , which was very modern and boutique. The bedroom too was very nice.

Wonderful spot to stay on Tilos. Friendly and helpful staff and the rooms were some of the best I've seen anywhere in this price range. Location is spot on, only a few hundred meters to either the beach or to restaurants / shops. Great value would recommend.

The hotel is lovely! The room was big and clean and the bed and pillows were really comfortable! The swimming pool and the flowers are giving an elegant touch to the hotel! Olivia was very friendly and she suggested me things to do. She picked me up from the port when I arrived and gave me a lift to the port when I left. A beautiful stay in a peaceful island!
