Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Arrived very late, reception was closed but phone number was on the door and the manager came to show us to our room. Large apartment, 2 storey with 3 balconies. Proper clothes airer. Nice little kitchen area behind a cupboard with clean crockery and fresh washing up liquid. Fridge. Clean hotel with friendly staff and close to the main street but far enough for it to be quiet. Towels changed regularly. Good breakfast. Parking under hotel.

HungaryAlthough it's summer time a blanket/duvet would have been nice instead of a sheet only. It gets chilly overnight or some guests just need the weight of a duvet for better sleep. The hanging door handle messages were missing and I could not lock the door.
Great location away from the busy street but close enough to walk down the beach or for shopping. Supermarket right across the street to buy water or other food if needed. Super amazing breakfast with the best coffee in the area.

DenmarkReally nice hotel with 2 pool areas and location is good. Room was small but being alone it was more than enough for me. Walking distance from many great restaurants/places and bus stop close to you if you wanna go to Chania. I can easily say the hotel is worth to visit.

RomaniaWe had a 2 bedroom apartment, but we were not informed that in order to reach the 2nd bedroom there was a very, very steep internal staircase.There were 3 air conditioners in the apartment but only 1 remote controller for all pf them.

DenmarkInsects in the room, helpless personel, broken doors toilet couldnt flush When used, awaken early in the morning
I had an overall terrible experience at this hotel. For the first three days, the toilet couldn't flush. We reported this to the staff, and each day for three days straight, they replaced the button on the toilet, but during these three days, the toilet still couldn't flush when we needed to use it. Additionally, the toilet seat fell off while I was using it, which was very embarrassing. On the fifth day, an insect crawled into our room through the apartment door because the door was of such poor quality. We saw it easily crawl through the door and managed to film it, as shown in the pictures below. The low-quality door also caused us to be woken up at 8 AM for three days in a row due to noise from people talking outside. We informed the staff about the insect crawling into our room and getting into our belongings, clothes, and food, which was extremely disgusting since insects can carry diseases. They told us to wait outside because someone would come in 30 minutes, but we ended up waiting for 1.5 hours before someone finally arrived and removed the insect from the room. They refused to change our room or give us a refund despite the door that couldn't be closed properly and the toilet that couldn't flush. It was only after we mentioned that we would write a review about the hotel that we were given a new room, but this was only for one day since we were going home the next day, which doesn't compensate for the horrible experience we had. The staff offered to wash the clothes the insect had been in. I gave five pairs of underpants and one completely good pair of linen pants to be washed, but when I got back my things, the linen pants were missing, which we never got back. I only received my underpants. Even in the new room, the bathroom was filled with ants, as shown in the video, and this one day in the other room doesn't compensate for the horrible experience we had at this hotel.
