If I were to book again I’d book bed and breakfast. Can’t bear drinking rubbish drinks from a plastic cup I’d much rather pay. All inclusive shouldn’t mean sub standard food and drink 🥹

Location was great. Short walk to town. Direct access to beach although you have to pay for sunbeds!

    - The Food - The Beach - Resturant - Room cleaning TOTAL 3/5☆

Hotel: I stayed at Tsivili Beach Hotel in August 2024 We arrived at the reception at 10 o'clock in the morning, the lady at the reception was friendly but she didn't show us anything, we were given some short and incomplete directions about where the rooms are, the restaurant, etc., the hotel rules say that the accommodation is from 2 o'clock in the afternoon, we were given a room where we could leave our luggage and immediately had access to the pool and bar to enjoy a refreshing drink! Luckily I got the room at 12 noon! I chose a comfort room with a sea view on the 1st floor, a room that did not disappoint, the view is magical! The room was cleaned daily, but only the floors were washed and the household trash was emptied. A minus was that for 7 days the bed sheets were not changed, and due to the heat it would have been necessary! The climate in our room was working fine, it just couldn't be set! It had only one setting, 16 degrees Celsius at maximum air level. Hotel 3/5 ☆ Restaurant/food - The food is...edible! You rarely get anything hot, most of the food is frozen, and the cooking style was ..fried in oil Very repetitive food, and not very diverse very rarely other food was added! The juices, beer and cocktails were mixed with a lot of water! The restaurant itself is organized more like a canteen than a 4-star resort restaurant The staff work hard and deserve all the applause for the work done! Restaurant/Food 3/5☆ Pool/Beach - There are two swimming pools, they are quite clean, they have a shallow water area for children! The problem is with the marble or stone pattern on the floor because it is extremely slippery! There is no shade and it gets extremely hot in the pool area, shades are not for all sunbeds! There are only 7-8 places where there is a little shade but those places are "reserved" by people who leave their towels or other personal things on them! Beach...

Food: The food is competent, but not what you expect of Greek cuisine. Also not to the food quality of the likes of Iberostar. Also the snacks outside of the main meals are always the same and not that good. It's basically French fries with gyros, a sad sandwich, and either pizza, hot dogs or burgers -- none of them particularly good. For some reason there are no small forks anywhere to be seen, which means I had to deal with my daughter's unwillingness to use big cutlery. Swimmingpool: The widespread problem of people placing their towels on the swimmingpool chairs before having breakfast is obviously happening. This is aggravated by very small umbrellas and almost no shade except for 8-10 chairs. Room: the air conditioner is really underpowered. We left it in the coldest temperature and strongest wind and it was still hot. We solved this by leaving the ac on for the whole day, so the room would not get warm. Not environmentally friendly, but that's how we copped with the heat. Service: service is ok, but sometimes weird. Examples: 1. One of the cleaners took a liking to my daughter, so every day when leaving the room she would try to talk to her a lot, which my daughter clearly didn't like. This kept going for every single day. The same cleaner entered our room on the checkout day twice 30 minutes before the checkout time. Super inappropriate. 2. On arrival, the staff gives a leaflet without the key info and that is it. Info missing: hotel map, where is your room, how to get to the sea, how the restaurant and snack area work, what services are available in and around the hotel... It is not so bad as you figure these things out easily, it just feels sloppy. Beach: the sea is absolutely stunning and crystal clear, but the beach is pebbly and the sand is on the darker side. Not a deal breaker, but we needed swimming shoes to go around the beach because of all the stones. 2-3 meters in the water there are no pebbles.

The hotel is not that big, which means it is not a super crowded/noisy pool and restaurant. The swimming pools are really nice. It's also literally by the sea. The sea is absolutely stunning and crystal clear, also warm.

The drinks were awful. If catering for all inclusive, it would be good to also have drinks that can be purchased as the wine was literally not drinkable.

The location on the beach, and close to the lovely little Main Street of Tsivili. It was lovely.

    - The playground for kids is completely useless. There is no shade, therefore it too warm to use at any time of the day (ie, the slides were burning). And in the evening , when you hope to use it, is in the dark, no illumination provided. - The bathroom was smelly - The beach in front of the hotel was dirty (not responsibility of the hotel, but still a fact about the location of the place)

The food is of good quality and there is nice variety. The pools are very nice, and the chairs are comfortable. The personal was incredible kind and helpful.

The food actually. We went out for dinner a lot. Where there is better and more choice at fair prices

Good location near the beach and restaurants. Tsivili is a nice place to stay and nearby several hotspots of the isle. It’s a 4 star hotel but some things are outdated in the rooms. Also not so much creativity in the food .. the afternoon snacks were every day same pizza fries and gyros. Staff is super friendly but sometimes with too few people to keep the buffet at the restaurant clean.

The drinks were not very good Cocktails were not good because of the poor quality of the liquor being used. The entertainment was okay, I found it to be too Anglo-Saxon. I would have preferred some Greek music and entertainment. We asked for some greek music but they claimed to run out of time. We decided not to spend our time at the resort. We came to Greece for a greek experience not an English one. I found the rooms to be small for the price we paid. And the air conditioning was not working very well, we had to call service twice. I expected a little more for a 4 star hotel and the price we paid.

The food was good. A big variety. The resort was clean and the staff was pleasant. It had a great location on the beach. Rooms were clean.

The food was terribly bad. Every day almost same stuff. They offered fries with every meal: breakfast, lunch, snack, evening etc.... Who eats fries 100 times per one day?? The food ingredients in everything tasted so cheap. Everything was just fried. I can say that people that has told us that greece food is really good, is a lie because we did not eat anything good in there. BUT in sea sky a la carte restaurant we ate so good dishes first time in our holiday and the staff was GREAT.

We liked the location of the hotel. Also pool area was big enough for two adults who just wanted to enjoy the sun and little bit of swimming. Sea Sky a la carte restaurant was REALLY GOOD and the staff there was lovely.

The biggest downside was that we could not get a bed by the pool as people put their towels down very early. I appreciate this is a difficult to manage but it is not acceptable that people leave towels on the beds when not using and we are unable to use the pool due to this.

Location was lovely as was the room. My only criticism was the food was not very varied.

The food and drink. Breakfast was the best meal but if you are a coffee drinker hard luck it’s terrible I tried won two separate days and still very poor. Lunch salads were good only cheese to accompany-it, there were no cold meats unless you took some ham from the Russian Salad. The cooked foods were so variable with none of the chicken dishes fully edible as tough to eat. The beef stroganoff was the best thing there but the chips served up as fresh when I had them had been reheated and were very poor. The beer was way to gassy and resulted in lot of wastage and also the white wine was the poorest of any all inclusive in Greece that we have stayed in. Also after the evening meal the only place to get a drink was in the bar nearest the sea which if you don’t like the music or the entertainment means there is no place to relax enjoy the view and the sound of the sea and enjoy in peace, No lifeguard on duty and you had to get a beach towel from reception which often only had one member of staff and at times no one on duty so you had to wait. We arrived just after check in at three and were told we couldn’t have a beach towel until 9am the next day.
