We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

It is 8-10 minutes walk from the sea side and from Ladadika district, with nice restaurants, bars and shops. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, very clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff was wonderful, very polite and helpful. They found a spot for our car and answered all our questions. The breakfast was also really nice! The wellness area is small but cosy and private enough since you book for a specific time interval. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you! 🙂

We had a wonderful experience at Vanoro Hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. BulgariaEverything was perfect. Firstly, the kind lady from the reception moved her car so we can park in front of the hotel. Than we had a reservation for the spa and she gave us a little tour of the facilities. It was my birthday and the receptionist noticed that and when we got to the room after the spa a cake was left at our room for me. The spa has sauna, fitness and a jacuzzi and it was only for us for an hour. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is very beautiful. The breakfast was very delicious and the restaurant is very sweet. The location is close to the center seaside street and the city center square by foot.
