We are glad that the hotel has decided to upgrade our reservation free of charge, due to their availability in larger rooms. Also, the time flexibility offered for the breakfast is the main reason for us to decide that we will choose vanoro again when we will visit Thessaloniki.

It is not a 5 star hotel, the reception is not welcoming, the breakfast is served a la carte and with no many possibilities, the shower lets the water on the floor in all the bathroom, the pillowes are very hard and the towels not very white

The mattress was softer compared to what i would prefer but not something that affected my stay in a negative way!

The hotel is very comfortable, with a beautiful interior and a good central location. It is 8-10 minutes walk from the sea side and from Ladadika district, with nice restaurants, bars and shops. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, very clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff was wonderful, very polite and helpful. They found a spot for our car and answered all our questions. The breakfast was also really nice! The wellness area is small but cosy and private enough since you book for a specific time interval. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you! 🙂

We had a wonderful experience at Vanoro Hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Everything was perfect. Firstly, the kind lady from the reception moved her car so we can park in front of the hotel. Than we had a reservation for the spa and she gave us a little tour of the facilities. It was my birthday and the receptionist noticed that and when we got to the room after the spa a cake was left at our room for me. The spa has sauna, fitness and a jacuzzi and it was only for us for an hour. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is very beautiful. The breakfast was very delicious and the restaurant is very sweet. The location is close to the center seaside street and the city center square by foot.
