Location is only 10 minutes walk to the main center of Fira, but it's slightly downhill walking to the hotel and uphill to the town. It wasn't a problem at all for us, but just noting it in case anyone has some mobility issues.

We stayed here for just one night before leaving Santorini, but it was such a pleasant stay. The room itself is simple and modest, but the hotel is very considerate with small details like having a couple of snacks and juices in the fridge. The restroom was very clean. AC was good. Favorite part was the jacuzzi. We'd been used to all the plunge pools in Santorini that are set to between 27C - 30C. It was nice to sit and soak in something warmer. I believe the jacuzzi in front of our room was set to 35C. They also welcomed us with a small gift. It wasn't necessary at all, but a nice gesture.

We loved everything, especially the outdoor jacuzzi and the renovated bathrooms. Irini was super sweet, we adore her! She was super welcoming and looked after our luggage as our flight was later during the day. She gave us refreshing beverages and sweets while we wait and made us feel right at home. Thank you so much Irini, come visit us in Melbourne Australia one day!

The staff are really helpful here whether you need help hiring a car or a boat or with parking they go the extra mile to do what they can, they're always only a message away and the place was clean and in a good location for Thira (Fira) town.

The whole place was amazing, so not a lot to add for improvement. I think maybe additional cutlery/cups/glasses could be provided as many people would maybe like to drink together before going out in town? We would have liked a toaster/microwave to prepare breakfast but it really was no big deal!

Excellent location, only a 10 minute walk from Fira town centre. Internally the property was very clean, and well looked after. The Hot Tub was nice and very easy to use. Bathroom was clean, and modern. The cleaning staff were very good and were always smiling. The hosts themselves were extremely helpful in making sure our stay was comfortable, and assisted with helping us book taxi’s, providing additional cutlery, organising room clean around our schedule, and the arrival/departure.

Location was good for us as we are well able but there is a big for 10/15 min up to Fira. Nothing bad about the property but something to be aware if you have any mobility issues.

The rooms were lovely and clean and terrace was great for sitting out , very relaxed vibe.

From arrival to check out everything was outstanding I could not have imagined anything better for our stay in Santorini. Villa Galaxy went above and beyond I highly recommend staying here. The staff were amazing and soo welcoming! Highly recommend a suite!

We liked everything, I liked that it was slightly away from the main town as it felt more peaceful and it’s just a short walk (10 minutes) to get to the hub of everything.

It was the perfect place for us, loved the hot tub!

The bed was kind of hard but it didn’t bother us a lot.

The location was convenient, with the Fira Main Square just a 10-minute walk away, which was not an issue for us. Irini was incredibly helpful and provided us with valuable information on how to explore Santorini. She recommended a day tour that was worth every penny, as it included everything we needed. Overall, our experience in Santorini was fantastic, and we had a truly enjoyable stay at the hotel.

Have in mind that the walk to Fira’s center is in a high hill! Be ready to exercise! :)

The host was so nice!! She gave us an upgrade due to availability. The jacuzzi was amazing for resting at night after a busy day. The room was clean, with good air conditioning. The location was great, close to the center of Fira and all the restaurants/pubs. Amazing place!

This was our first time in Santorini and we loved everything about staying in Villa Galaxy Santorini. Irini (from reception) was so helpful and kind, and provided us with what we needed during our stay in her place. She also gave us indications to explore different locations on the Island. Our room was very clean and confortable. I will definitely be back.
