when arriving the taxi dropped us off at the wrong location (my bad because they sent me an email with the drop off location), however after 5 calls (3 of them unanswered) and talking to them twice letting them know our location it took them close to an hour to pick us up.

The interaction with the hosts could be much better. They have a financial interest and that is it. we booked a taxi a day before but they changed the hours (earlier than planned and much to early for our boat). Not a pleasant experience, not interested in our comfort. Also the driver left us in the middle of the road, with a lot of luggage to carry to the port, didn’t want to take us to the parking space. Very unusual and unpleasant. maybe it is because they are always fully booked and they don’t care to make your stay an experience.

we stayed in the apartment 111, the honeymoon suite as they call it. The sunset view is spectacular, you may enjoy it from your hot tub or from the terrace. it is really quiet, serene and far away from the crowds. it was clean, the housekeeping is good as well. close to coffee shops or restaurants and at 10 minutes distance to the port. it is a bit of a climb up to go back, but manageable.

Our outdoor seating area had a roped-off rooftop directly in front of it, so we didn't have much of a view from there. However, we were able to walk down the hill a bit for a good sunset view. The safe didn't work and the TV wasn't connected - not major problems, but I would expect to at least know this ahead of time, for the price we paid... Also, the doors were flimsy and not well fitted, so there were ants coming in from outside.

Location was great for Oia - close to shops and restaurants but somehow quiet (impressive, considering the sheer volume of tourists), and relatively easy to get down to the port. We were greeted by Arsen, who gave us lots of good advice about where to go (beach, swimming spots, etc) and was responsive when we had requests later.

Over 100 steep steps to reach our room. Not recommend for elderly or heavy suitcase.

Loved where we were located- it was away from the main part so it wasn't as busy. The views for the sunset were beautiful which made having this room amazing!

The view from our apartment was amazing over the Caldera but we did NOT have a sunset view (end of August it sets further round, not on the caldera side) - I was disappointed as I was expecting a sunset view, so be careful. There may be other Finesse Suites in different parts of Oia with sunset views, but I didn't realise this. Also, it being in the cliff, the second bedroom smelt very fusty/mouldy. Didn't really matter as we were only there for a night but found it very expensive for the quality of the room - never paid that much money for a hotel room before and it was not 5 star quality - obviously paying only for the location. My fault for wanting to come to Oia !!!

Lovely view of amazing Caldera and cliff of white and blue buildings. Room very spacious and clean, with a hidden 2nd bedroom which was a bonus. Good service, and helpful for getting taxi to airport etc.

right in the middle of oia - little privacy for when you sit outside at your balcony area , tourists everywhere taking pictures , talking loudly and some even come down the stairs (even though there is a sign).

We were struggling with the Wi-Fi In the room. The mobile Network was zero inside the room. It caused us a lot of inconvenience. Even after we complained about the Wi-Fi they couldn’t resolve our issue.

The property was good. The location was prime.
