Amazing Santorini Cave House. 2 full bedrooms each with their own ensuite. Very friendly staff and i would recommend airport pickup as it is a town that you cannot park next to the home.

We had such a wonderful stay at White Washed Houses which was in the perfect location for us, centrally located on the island so that you could catch the bus to wherever you need to go. The small village is a short walk with plenty of restaurants, cafes and supermarket. Panagiotis and his wife were incredibly kind and hospitable throughout our stay, always available to answer our questions, arrange transfers to and from the port and organised a beautiful sunset boat cruise for us. The room was clean, with daily room service and nice outside sitting area. Would highly recommend this beautiful family run accommodation!

Beautiful, authentically Greek accommodation— spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Great value for Santorini and located in charming, centrally-located town of Mesaria. Absolutely fantastic management— Panagiotis is extremely friendly and accommodating. Whitewashed Houses has my highest recommendation. Would stay here again— no question!

We had an amazing stay at Whitewashed Houses. Firstly, we were warmly greeted by our wonderful hosts with some homemade Greek delights. The room was super cozy, clean and beautiful, and had everything you need for your stay (things like hairdryer, iron, and everything for cooking). The accommodation also has a very nice terrace with an incredible view of the blue domes, where you can enjoy your morning coffee. As for the location, the bus stop is about an 8-10 minute walk, and from there, both Fira and Kamari Beach are only a couple of minutes away by bus, so it was very convenient. It was one of the most incredible experiences we had in Greece. We even left with a gift. Thank you so much for everything! 😊

Once we arrived in Santorini, we needed transportation, so we paid an extra 30 euros for a ride from the airport to the Airbnb. The owner and his wife were so nice. Upon our arrival, they provided us with all the information we needed to explore Santorini. We had a few problems with our 3G data, and they helped us manage it. They were so nice and welcoming. Their house is near ours, so whenever you need anything, their door is always open. Our room was called the Family House, and it was very well designed, nice, clean, and comfortable. You can find everything you need, from soap to bathrobes, hand towels, a first aid kit, and toothbrushes; everything is available. The house is cleaned every day. They gifted us a bottle of Assyrtiko wine and some Tsipoura and Tsipoureli. They also offered us some Greek desserts to taste, made by them. As for the location, it's just a few minutes away from the bus station in Mesaria. Wherever you want to go, the main station is in Fira, so you need to take a bus to Fira, which only takes a few minutes. Mesaria is very calm and beautiful. I will definitely book this apartment again if I travel to Santorini, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

The location is great- close to everything. The owners were very polite, helpful and willing to suggest places and restaurants while being discreet at the same time. They also welcomed us with tsipouro and traditional sweets upon our arrival and they offered us a bottle of wine for our stay and a small present when it was time to leave. The room was very clean and well organized- it really felt like home. I would definitely stay there again -hopefully in the near future.

The place was clean, very confortable with a kitchen, a big bathroom .I love the place in the village of Messaria.Very quiet and close to the best attactions. I strongly recommend this place because you can feel the authenticity of Santorini.

The location was far away from attractions and was mostly only reachable by bus. I'd recommend being able to drive so one can hire an ATV or car.

Whitewashed houses is a wonderful accommodation. Our host was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. We arrived almost at midnight and he waited for us and explained everything we needed to know about the place, the neighborhood and Santorini in general. Besides that he welcomed us with traditional drinks and homemade sweets. Upon checkout he gifted us spirits made by him. The accommodation has everything you need to cook, they offer handy toiletries producs, as well as a vanity set that saved my partner a few times during the trip. Not to mention that he drove us to the port. We highly recommended this place for your stay in Santorini if you are looking for a quiet area, well connected with the bus system and a clean and lovely space.

Location might not be convenient if not with your own vehicle but still closely situated to Fira and easy to access Oia too

The property was very clean and close to main town with lots to offer from food to supermarket to atm to a small bakery. The owner is very accomodating and helpful in finding solution for any request including transfers and booking excursions.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Whitewashed Houses! They are very well located in a quite traditional village of Santorini and very close to all the interesting places of this beautiful island. Our room was really cozy, with a very elegant minimalist decoration. Owners were very helpful, always available and willing to give us a lot of tips for lunch, villages and some non touristic spots!
