Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GreeceHotel is dated, fittings are from the late 60s early 70s , difficult to access lobby with luggage due to the entrance staircase, no power sockets next to the bed , small lifts

CyprusThe noise from the other rooms was horrible, not even the slightest soundproofing was present. Rooms were decent in size and very outdated and old. Breakfast wasn't of the finest quality but there was variety
The view from the room (top floor) was very nice. Staff were polite and helpful

IsraelThe staff were very inefficient. Check in took forever. No parking. The walls between the rooms are very thin and you can hear everything. We reserved 2 rooms and due to the strike in Greece, part of the family were delayed in their arrival. The hotel did not repay the 1 room which we didn't use.
The room was ok

FranceWhen we came in the room there was hair in the bathroom, mirror was rusty. The door of the bathroom didn’t close, so every time we had a shower, water was leaking on the floor. The staff said they were going to fix it but didn’t, and there was no other room available. We were also woken up at 8:30 by the cleaning lady to clean the room on the first morning on the stay, which wasn’t really comfortable. When we came back in the room, the heater was set to 27•C, and even with the windows open, the heat was unbearable and ruined our second night. Impossible to turn off or cool down the room. Overall, the place is good looking in the hallway, the location is fine since the metro is near, but it definitely wasn’t worth over 200€ for two nights.

TurkeyThere was no slippery at the rooms, so everytime you have to go to the bathroom with your shoes/boats. We booked a taxi via hotel reception one night before but the taxi didn’t come, and we waited for 35 minutes in the morning for another taxi- which made us become late for our flight. I don’t know if this is caused by the reception or the taxi company, but the reception should confirm it again in the morning. Also the taxi fare is a little more than usual (from airport to hotel, we paid 45 euro, but from hotel to airport- which the hotel booked- we paid 53 euro) On the other hand, breakfast was fine and the housekeepers were good humored.

United StatesThe property is in disrepair light fixtures hanging from the ceiling in the common area. The sofas in the common area were ragged. And the air conditioner in the common area did not work. We sat in the common area from 11 AM to 3 PM and the staff was so rude. They would not give us our room even though it was ready!
Nothing at all I’m really disappointed in Booking.com for even representing this property!

CanadaIt was not sound proof. You could hear everything like it was in your room. Dogs from across the neighbourhood parking. People talking outside. The elevator, EVERYTHING. The hallways were filled with stains on the floor. It looked like bloodstains. I went in October 2024, and it was 10 degrees celcius at night. I tried turning to heater on but the temperature in my room kept dropping. Only cold air was coming from the vents. I went to the reception and they told me that it’s normal because it’s not winter yet. And that no heat will be provided to my room. I said my girlfriend and I are freezing we need heat or at least four blankets. They only gave us one each. The breakfast was terrible! We went first thing in morning and the “hot food” was cold! . The phone in the room does not allow you to make any calls outside, you always have to go to the front desk for it.
It was safe

UkraineThe hotel is quiet. The location is convenient, not too far from the centre.Ask for a room facing the courtyard. However, we were looking for rooms for 7 people and very good rooms for 4 and 3 people were offered in this hotel. Clean, white bed linen, air conditioning in the rooms. Excellent breakfast, good selection. We recommend to travellers who appreciate comfort - optimal price - quality.

CyprusI had a pleasant stay at this hotel and was quite happy with my experience. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a nice place to relax. The breakfast was good, with a decent selection to start the day. Although I didn't have time to explore the facilities, I can say that this hotel is a great option if you want to be close to Ktel Kifisou.
