We requested a double bed room, but instead were given a twin bed room. The bathroom was really small. The hotel did not have a restaurant of its own. The breakfast was not good.

Decent location. Parking was available most times. The room was clean, a bit old. The hotel and valet staff were nice and welcoming.

less then the minimum. not more then sleeping in the hotel. minimum things should be in the room is water in the fridge but unfortunately nothing is available in the hotel. i can rent a better room in other hotel on the same price. for the next time i will not repeat it at all

Bugs in the room, dirty floor and dirty counter. Only one towel and we had to ask for more because we had 4 people. The sheets were stained and looked unchanged. One sheet was wet as if there were body fluids on it. There were creepy crawlers in the kitchen. We asked for a refund but on one euro was given.

Very small bathrooms, noise from Metro, from 5 am. WiFi log in page is badly designed, almost impossible to read due to colours used.

Spotlessly clean, good breakfast. Kindly staff. Safe neighborhood, reasonable choice of nearby restaurants.

Nice and clean hotel, good location, could be noisy for sensitive people, I did not mind as I always enjoy the noisy atmosphere of a big cities. Metro station is very close, just 20 mins to the centre, close to city bypass towards Airport. Would come back again. I did not have the opportunity to check the breakfast.

The walls are paper thin and so you can here everything, every flush of a toilet, every person slamming doors and making noise. There was no coffee or tea in the room. The safe was broken and we mentioned it and they tried to fix but never did. This hotel is no way 4 stars, we have stayed in a lot of hotels and some that are 2 or 3 stars have been better than this.

There was a kettle in the room but they would charge for tea/ coffee. You could not say there was only one star difference between this hotel and the radisson blu. Its a clean, functional 2 star hotel

Well, I booked and exactly asked for double-bed room (and paid for better one,I believe they call it superior), because I travelled with daughter. We got normal small room with single bed, so I spent my vacation (after 2 covid years) on a chair, because asking reception for anything was futile. Hotel is not 150m from metro, it is about 350-400m and through park full of homeless people. Breakfasts were every day the same, but decent. Room was cleaned every day with new towels,bud couple of last days we did not get any toilet paper. I was in many hotels through my life, I think this hotel is just a little under average,but still...yes,you can sleep there without any harm.

When we entered the room the pillowcases were not clean, we had to ask for them to be changed, the room was smaller than shown in the pictures, the breakfast was not changed for 5 days. The air conditioning system did not cool the room. On the third day, they started renovating the neighboring room, in the morning we were disturbed by the noise. Overall, we expected better.

Some of the other guests were noisy at night but I wouldn't blame the hotel. The breakfast could have been better. There was some variety but I expected more from a 4-star hotel

Everything was good, had to check-in late due to a late flight but the reception staff was great There was security at the entrance. The location is great for public transport and very close to a bus station.

The staff were very unhelpful on arrival, which is always abit of a negative start. The place felt really sad and old. Our room was facing towards 3 other sets and it was so loud all the time, you could hear outside the hallway the whole time aswell every time someone was in the lobby. the room smelt like cigarettes very bad and the room was very small.

Breakfast was very poor, all of it was either frozen or microwaved. Not really much choice for food after apart from a couple sandwhiches at the very small 'bar'. There was a kettle but no mugs, spoons or other amenities. The local area wasn't nice at all and did not feel safe. This would have been fine if the Hotel provided anything in terms of entertainment or food. No way is this a four star hotel, you can get much better in a nicer location for the same price.
