The room was amazing, the owner upgraded us! AC is a blessing when it gets hot, tv if you want to relax. Great location, everything was clean, staff was not only helpful but amazing. Beds were comfy and the shower pressure was great.

GermanyVery small room without ventilation and without any natural light. No storage space for the provided scatter cushions and your personal stuff, so it gets quite cramped with two persons. Water always cold - the electric appliance in the shower was broken and could not be repaired during our stay.
Very good mattresses and pillows, high quality towels. Very central location. Good AC, friendly owner. Free drinking water.

Staff was communicative and helpful. The location was perfect for us as we ended up taking a shuttle that left from the hotel across the street. Delirios is around the corner. It was quiet and comfy. There were shelves for our stuff and a very nice bathroom!!! They provide drinking water.

SerbiaI got hit by electricity when I touched the shower head, and I do not feel this was taken seriously enough. Online communication was very good, but a lot of stuff had to be confirmed when I arrived (the hotel arranged the Tikal tour at my request), and taking care of this took longer than expected.
Location, the hotel is fairly clean. Online communication with the hotel was very good. The tour that hotel helped arrange was good!

CanadaWas a bit noisy because of the festival. But it won’t affect my rate cause it’s not their responsability. Just be aware they are in the middle of the island so in the center of the action if there is an event… Bring earplugs 😉
I really like the place : comfortable, clean, in the middle of the action, close to everything necessary… charming staff and also helpful people who makes me feel safe as a solo traveler. They help me with the transport between airport to them. They also help me organise transport to Lanquin. I just have good words for them and the place 🙏🏻

GermanyThere are some hotels only for sleeping, you forget them as soon as you leave. A stay in Amina is an unforgettable experience, José and his friendly team will make everything to make you feel at home and enjoy your stay. On top of it, it's extremely clean, quiet (which is not granted in Flores), with a shaded patio full of flowers and birds with a nice restaurant in it.

Costa RicaThis hotel is absolutely beautiful! The location is perfect for you to go outside and watch the beautiful sunset in Flores. They gave us a better room and we appreciated it a lot. The room has a TV with Netflix and YouTube, air conditioning and hot water. The bed is super comfortable.

This property is gorgeous and so close to the main square! I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman on the night desk but he was AWESOME! His pride in his job and his care of the plants showed!

United StatesI felt this place was running a scam. I paid in advance and when I got there the manager wanted 160 more. The place wasn't clean and wasn't like the pictures. Staff was rude. We just found another hotel and stayed there.
I really liked the hotel next door. That is where I ended up spending my vacation.
