Amazing experience at Blue Moon. The owner is super helpful with all things activities, tours, transport and restaurants for cheap prices :) Clean, good location and great view. Also accessible laundry service. We would definitely come back.

The host was extremely helpful and offered numerous suggestions to make our stay better. We had a view of the volcanoes from our lounge and the property was conveniently close to all local activities, bars, and restaurants. We would highly recommend staying here.

- A fair bit of sound transfer between the private rooms. They enforce the quiet hours in the common areas, not their fault when the guests are being inconsiderate in their rooms at night.

I would simply suggest more equipment for the dorms, maybe remove a bed and add a wardrobe, shelves to put backpacks.. as it was very messy, there is absolutely nothing to organise our belongings, it felt overwhelming.

Really well located and clean hostel. I liked the outside common areas. Veronica, the lady who checked me in, was really friendly, and so was I suppose the manager Aydan and helpful as well. You could see the staff cleaning the washroom regularly. I enjoyed the small, cozy hostel feeling there.

The hostel is always clean and chill environement! The owners are so nice and helpful in everything you need. Very family feel to the place. Also there is a great view of the volcano and you can see it erupting from the couch in the balcony!

The place was clean and I felt safe leaving my stuff in my room (it was a 5 bed hostel room). The staff was very welcoming and knew the area (they gave good recommendations). And they enjoyed company. By that, I mean they would carry on a conversation with me when I initiated one, and they invited me to go to the concert with them. And the hostel itself was a pretty little place for sitting and reading / writing / etc.

I really liked the location in Antigua because it was really walkable to every part of the city and the staff was amazing they welcomed me very nicely and showed me all there is to do around city and offered me all kinds of activities to do (and I checked around and they had the lowest prices for the mountain hiking).

Two points 1. Shower doesn’t drain efficiently. 2. Street outside is on bus line, traffic noise is continuous all day all night!

closeness to everything, 7 minutes walk to center park, many restaurant choices nearby! Great staffing, Edon organized my picking up from airport, biking tour and etc. grateful for all the help.

nothing - it was perfect

10/10 Hostel. The hosts were extremely friendly and always responsive. The rooms were immaculate and the beds were super comfortable. Location was perfect, in the heart of Antigua. I booked all my tours with the Hostel, including Volcano, ATV Tour and a bus to Leon. Will 100% stay here again and recommend to all.

The staff (especially the owner) were really nice and helpful. there was a really familiar and cosy feeling about the place. The location is great as well! I got so much help with tour and transportation planning, I really appreciated that. The hostel has a lovely court. the only thing I would improve are the dorm facilities - such as small lights, shelves and better charging opportunities.
