The third level bunk bed wasn't the most comfortable to get in & out of and there wasn't really enough space for the bags around the lockers. The mixed showers and toilets weren't ideal as there really wasn't any space to get dry and changed and they didn't always smell great!

Really friendly staff and a lovely roof terrace and cafe vibe on the ground floor. The free breakfast was really nice for a hostel breakfast! You had to pay for the coffee, but I was happy to have a proper coffee. They also made really nice smoothies. The location is perfect.

The rooms unfortunately don't have a fan or AC and the window needed to be close due to street noise - with that there was no air :(

This hostel is the cleanest I've ever seen - they clean bathrooms and room floor multiple times a day. The staff was also very sweet and helped a lot on activities. Big plus is the included breakfast which was amazing. The common area and rooftop are lovely for hanging out.

The staff were so lovely and helpful. The roof terrace was also gorgeous with shade and sun loungers. The location is good as it's just off the central square. Breakfast is also included which is nice and the cafe has great food and coffee.

The church outside that rang the bell continuously at 6am! Bring ear plugs! Very lucky I wasn’t on the top bunk. Shame they didn’t make the steps run diagonally along rather than vertical, the rooms have the space.

Always people cleaning. Staff were always on hand and really friendly and helpful. The room were comfortable and quiet. There was no choice for breakfast but it was filling and alternated between savoury and sweet. Coffee shop at reception had lots of options. Breakfast could be made a takeaway. Every bed has a locker but bring a padlock.

Bring ear plugs as dorm I stayed in next to busy road starting from around 5am. Not sure if missing something but only one small hook in showers for all your stuff. Need more plus somewhere for cleaning products.

Gorgeous, friendly and very clean hostel. Breakfast was super healthy and lovely plus do a take away one for early starts. Showers and bathroom area very modern. Dorm was amazing, comfy bed with power point, light and curtains. 3 tier bunk and not sure would fancy the top ones tho?? Recommend the Indonesian restaurant just over the road, great value, large portions and tasty!

Honestly I had a great time. It was quiet it is further from center but not too far from the arch or park! nothing crazy I think it’s perfect you’re far from all the noise! I loved the staff they were so kind and helpful! I noticed most of the staff were woman which is so amazing they were all so kind and nice and made sure my stay was amazing! The beds are three bunks but even then it wasn’t crazy the beds were comfortable! Big so you had enough space! Curtains! Breakfast was also great! Bathrooms were always clean and if anything problem they got to it right away! Def not a party hostel but still met great people to party with! Definitely would stay here again! Thank you so much!

The staff at this hostel are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I stayed in the 6 person dorm; the bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the curtains that allow you to have a cozy little nook. Breakfast was tasty and relatively healthy. And the rooftop desk has very comfortable lounge chairs. I will be returning here after staying at Lake Atitlan and am very much looking forward to it.

I would have liked a sheet in stead of just a blanket, which can be warm. The dorm on the street side is a bit noisy because you can hear all the cars coming by and some other noises in the early morning (banging/a bell around 06.00). They also have a little cafe and the first dorm is located at the cafe entrance, so you need to go through the cafe to get to the bathrooms.

Beautifully designed hostel, you can see they put a lot of effort into making it look as good as it does. The people are very friendly and are willing to help with everything: they made me a box breakfast when I did the Acatenango hike, I could leave my luggage and could even shower and relax afterwards even though I didn't stay there after the hike. It's very clean as well and there is a lovely rooftop (could do with more spots in the shade though). Rooms have lockers that fit your backpack + daypack. Beds come with a socket + lamp.

The location is perfect, the accomodation is clean and nicely organized. You can rent lockers, they offer a wide range of services and even keep your luggage if you go to hike Acatenengo. We asked if they could keep our luggage during 2 weeks because we had a problem and they nicely agreed for free. Very nice staff, cool rooftop and great food!

This hostel needs more credit. Beautifully designed, super clean, cute cafe attached. Private terrace on top also. The bed cabins are perfect with your own curtain, a plug socket, lamp and a great size so you can sit up and not bang your head and very very comfy! The best part.. the staff. SO friendly, happy and forever a smile on their faces. Thank you thank you!! You guys are amazing, I hope to be back one day.

We loved it here!! The showers / toilets were so clean and the included breakfast was so fresh and delicious. What really made this place was the staff who were all super friendly, cheery and helpful! Would highly recommend! Only thing that would make this place better would be to include a coffee in the breakfast :)

One of the best, if not the best, hostel I've been to. Privacy with curtains in bunk beds. Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean facilities and great location. Amazing breakfast and possibility to take breakfast to go if you have to leave early. Very good value/price. Highly recommend!

I wish the showers had a little more space to keep things dry while showering to make getting dressed more convenient. I wish there was more shade on the terrace.

Small upgrade for the rooftop would be more shadow. It's quite hot in the sun most of the time.
