The rooms were nice and the beds really comfortable. Also the breakfast was really good. The location right next to the airport couldn’t be better and there’s a pick up service that works perfectly and there are no extra costs for it.

The bathroom being up several steps was weird and difficult to navigate in the dark. The sofa bed (which we didn't need to use) completely blocked the door to the room when extended, which seems like a fire code violation. Outlets were oddly placed.

Super close to both the airport and the archaeology museum (which was excellent). Breakfast was great, though a little weird that by default it came to your room (I ate it on the porch).

I only stayed here for one night, so it’s hard to give a full review, but the staff were friendly and helpful. They offer airport pick-up and drop-off, even in the middle of the night, which is great since the airport is just 3 minutes away.

For traveling in and out of the airport, this hotel is a great option. Transportation to/from the airport was quick, responsive and free. The location felt secure and quiet. A simple, clean accommodation for a quick overnight sleep.

Really clean & super comfortable hotel. Early morning the staff brought me to the airport by car although it’s just a 5 minute walk. Got my breakfast on the way as I had to leave at 6:00am. I was really really happy. I can highly recommend this place to anyone who needs to stay close to the airport.

The shower was rather weak and the water was not even warm. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

Absolutely perfect hotel if you need to be close to the airport. It’s a 5 minute walk but they also arranged a free shuttle for me at 4am. The room was really comfy and clean and great value for money. Would highly recommend if you have an early / late flight!

This hotel charges US$10 for post-checkout luggage storage even if it is for just a few hours. For most hotels around the world, this is a complimentary service. The hotel also does not have a dining area. Guests have to eat in their own rooms.

Wifi was not working until 9PM. Front desk was not responsive. No restaurants nearby but hotel has a delivery menu.

There’s a nice outdoor L-shaped sofa on the terrace that was without its cushions and tipped over during this visit. Typically we have enjoyed lounging there! Missed that!

We always stay here before or after a flight as needed. The location is perfect - although they do offer a free shuttle, it is a short walk to the airport. The hotel is modern and comfortable. There is a decent terrace where you can have drinks or meals.

Close to the airport, so it made it really easy to stay for the night and then leave to other parts of Guatemala in the morning. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Free shuttle to and from the airport.

The air conditioner dripped water on the table underneath it. The doors had DIY stoppers so the air did not escape.

Breakfast was delicious, very spacious, and comfortable. Had parking space for our rental vehicle.

Early check in (in my case an hour early) will cost you extra. Mine was 50Q Breakfast was basic, coffee was bad and cold. My sink was a little blocked. Water didnt flow.

Room is very clean, with AC, hairdryer and iron. room smells nice, the bed is extremely comfy. The best bed I have had after 3 weeks in Guatemala. The front staff is very friendly eventhough he doesnt speak english. Pickup and sent off to the airport is provided and the fees are already included in the rate. Location is only 350m away from the airport.

Hotel is fine if you just stay One night I wouldn’t recommend stay more than a night as it’s far from everything but the airport and because of this it’s very loud. They brought us to the airport for free.

None of the staff spoke English, so I had to make do with my broken and jetlagged Spanish, but I guess that is on me and I should learned more Spanish before leaving :)

Very nice rooms, spacious and nice facilities! Loved the fact that they bring the included breakfast to your room. A perfect stay if you arrive late at night and don’t want to travel very far from the airport. The free shuttle is great too!
