Personnel was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was not the best and did not seem freshly done. Wifi was very slow and not even working in all parts of the room. Location and closeness to the airport was great.

New ZealandYou need a physical card to pay - they put a hold in advance on my credit card that was registered with booking.com (which is a digital card) and then they were unable to take the hold off of it without having a physical card so I needed to sort out with my bank after the fact. The man at reception wasn’t very friendly about this and it took quite a long time to understand what was going on with it. The continental breakfast was also DISMAL (see below) so don’t rely on it as your sole breakfast for the morning!
Great proximity to the airport and free shuttle pickup was hassle free. The area doesn’t feel very safe we decided to stay in for the night. The room service food was surprisingly delicious (Caesar salad and the burger) and our room had Netflix which was a bonus given we stayed in.

ColombiaThey freeze the payment on your card instead of charging you, and if it doesn't work, you may end up with a double payment that you need to resolve with your bank on your own. For that was a bad experience. The bathroom in my room had a problem with filtration.
Beautiful and comfy hotel closed to the airport. the breakfast was good and they take/pick you to/from the airport. The rooms are beautiful and private.

United StatesI would not say the hotel is in a bad neighborhood but I decided not to walk about outside and choose just to stay and relax in the hotel.
Very close to the airport. Walkable if necessary. It is very new and much nicer than I was expecting. There were a few things available for dinner that could be ordered from the desk. You can eat in your room or on the terrace. I had intended to walk to the airport in the morning but the hotel attendant was eager to give me a ride. I didn't make prior arrangements or have to wait for more passengers.

United StatesA retention they held to book, is still pending on my credit card amount. I booked the room for my parents & because I was not there at check-in with the card I used to book, they would not charge the card for the room. I don’t understand why, when I called them to give them permission. They held the money, they should have just charged it. My parents had to pay cash & im still waiting for the retention to fall off the card, 20 days later. Other than that our stay was excellent.

IsraelThe door to the hotel room had some loose sponge dragging on the floor - I believe for noise insulation, and looks like it wasn’t maintained in a while. With the room being close to reception sometimes could hear other guests nearby Also the electronic safe wasn’t working in the room, easy fix with a new battery

United StatesWe laughed about the fact that every time we stay here there are at least two “issues”. This time the toilet didn’t flush and there was only one bath towel. However, both “issues” were resolved immediately. I will continue to stay at this hotel and recommend it!
We have stayed at this hotel before or after each of three trips to Guatemala. We will continue to do so in the future because it consistently meets our needs! It is walkable to the airport but a ride is available if desired, it feels very safe, the shower has hot water, a breakfast is provided and a simple evening meal is available (great lasagna), the rooftop lounge/dining area is nice and the employees are efficient.

The location could not be better. You could walk to the airport in minutes, if necessary. We had our own rental car but they offer shuttle service from and to the airport. Very affordable.
