Pillows are way too thick, couldn't sleep on them. Check in process took very long. Room was very hot when I arrived, they should turn on the A/C before guests arrive. Safety latch on the room door had come loose.

Great location, very close to the airport. They provided a free shuttle service and breakfast to go. Nice roof terrace where I spent some time waiting for the A/C to bring down the temperature in my room.

The room wa warm and humid. The air was set to a fairly high temp so it took a couple of hours to cool off.

Very close to the airport if you are during a transit or a long layover in Guatemala City. The hotel shuttle to the airport was very hard to find and I couldn't call the hotel when arriving. But I took it going back to take my flight.

The staff the desk were okay friendly but seemed more interested in what was on their computers than the guests themselves.

I love that the hotel was so close to the airport. That was great! The morning breakfasts staff was wonderful.

We stayed from about 2pm until the next morning at the hotel, and that was too long. Our shower had a problem that was fixed pretty quickly. And the food served on site was very sub par, so try to eat before arriving or figure out some kind of other delivery option.

You're going to book this hotel for its location. Either you've got an early flight the next morning, or you've come in very late from the airport. And that's an excellent reason, since the location is fantastic for this use. The room was clean and the tv had a number of good channels.

Only 1 big and 1 small towel, but for the rest of us a perfect place to stay.

Clean room, good bed, good shower, nice terrace where you can eat breakfast. Or you can eat breakfast in your room, or downstairs. 350 meters walk from airport. Possible to request private parking space. 6km from Miraflores shopping mall, 5km from Oakland shopping mall. If you want than they will pick you up from the airport.

It took a long time to check in - there seemed to be a lot of paperwork; scanning all 5 passports, separate form, signature and payments for each of the three rooms. It took around half an hour!

L’Aurora Inn was super comfortable and clean and the staff were very friendly. It’s very close to the airport and the hotel provides a shuttle service to and from which was very convenient.

Our shower handle fell off when we went to turn on the shower. Since it was very late and we had to leave at 3am decided not to ask for help, but meant we had a cold shower with little pressure.

The morning I was leaving a staff member informed me that a towel was missing from my room and that I would be charged for it. I told him I did not take a towel from my room. He said they would have to check my luggage. I speak Spanish so there was no misunderstanding. I told him again that I did not take their towel and suggested we go to my room and check. When we went upstairs, it turned out he had been talking about a different room. He made the accusation in the dining area in front of another guest. They also asked me what time I would like breakfast and asked what I would like to eat. The morning I was leaving there was a cook in the kitchen but nothing was ready by the time I had to leave in the shuttle. The other staff were very helpful and professional and the evening meal was excellent.

The breakfast bag to go because of my very early flight was so lovely and thoughtful. The terrace was also a lovely place to spend d the afternoon. Brandon at the front desk and the drivers were kind and professional.

It was a dislike the toilet took a little bit to flush but that’s not a negative not sure if I am just new to solo travelling

if they propose you to pick you up at the airport and that you confirmed it in the morning for an at 10 PM… they will not be there at airport… they told me they did not receive my message on WhatsApp. Nor on Booking.com…. ! I had to go by feet which is not a problem as close to the airport but no clear indication of the name of the hotel from the street …I search 30 minutes!

Put a pre auth on my card twice and still haven't released the second charge despite me asking several times. No reception staff around upon check in either so was left to wait for 25 minutes before I could go to the room

Beds were really small. Even though it said double bed in our reservation, the size of it felt narrower and shorter than the other ones we stayed in in different hotels across Guatemala. My husband and I were struggling to fit together. A bit noisy with people coming and going in the middle of the night.

Being literally 5 minutes waking distance to the airport and still we got someone to drop us there with our bags at 5.30am. They prepared us a really nice breakfast on the go since we couldn't eat it at the hotel. My daughter forgot her watch there, under the sofa. I contacted the hotel and they kept it for us and later delivered it to a friend of ours with our permission.
