The fact that I was told someone spoke English and no one did at the hotel except for one person who was there in the evening

Nothing at all. The entire experience at this hotel was perfect. We stayed here for one night, right before our early AM flight due to the location (2 min from airport).

The staff was incredible! Very courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate us for a super early flight as for providing breakfast to go as well as the shuttle service!! Amazing service!

Very nice and clean room and comfortable bed. The staff was always friendly and helpful. They arrange a free airport pick-up which was very nice. Having breakfast on the terrace was a plus, breakfast was also delicious. Perfect upon arriving or before leaving from the airport!

Had some trouble communicating with night staff, but otherwise, no problems.

Very close to airport - quick 5 min walk, easy to find. Bed was super comfy, and everything was provided - water, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, soap. Breakfast was included, but needs to be reserved ahead of time (night before, during check in). Delicious of course! Room even included a small outdoor area with bench. Hotel has a terrace on second floor (only a view of the street). Shower heated immediately. Room was very clean. Wifi was strong though I didn't test it with a meeting.

The room was amazingly clean. I needed an iron and it there was one in the room. They have a terrace with tables and seating space beautiful. You can walk to the airport if you. Want because it is at walking distance. But they also have shuttle which is free not as another revues mentioned there is no fee for shuttle

I read many reviews before deciding yo stay at this location. Previous Reviews doesn’t make justice to this small place that has all you need to spend one night for your layover. Previous reviews were complaining about the shuttle not being there. This was not my experience. I called as soon I arrived. I went to the meeting location and my shuttle took maybe five minutes to get to me. They are super puntual with all their activities. They asked about my schedule for the next day and as I ask at 8 am my breakfast arrived to my room at 9 my shuttle was ready to drop me off at the airport.

There is a language barrier which made it hard to find one another at the airport but overall just remember they endure travellers all the time so don’t be shy about trying to communicate with the staff and technology will help in the end.

Location to airport and the staff picked me up from airport after midnight. They provided breakfast to my room which was tasty and very convenient. Room and bathroom clean, modern, stylish and comfortable. Air con was great.

Assuming you booking it because of an early flight, this place is perfect. Clean, easy checking, some light food early in the morning. I walked to the hotel from the airport, it's so close and convenient

Wonderful beds and bedding! It was clean and right next to the airport. The staff was very accommodating with shuttles to the airport and a box breakfast. Nice patio to enjoy.

Mainly used it for resting and their shuttle service to the airport for my 3am flight. The communication and the free shuttle service was great.

The staff has not been friendly and accomodating at all. We ordered some juices to the room and it took them almost an hour to bring them. We asked for some other little extra services and they alsways said no to everything.

The location right by the airport is really good. Th3 shuttle service to and from the airport works well. The rooms are functional and clean.

When I went back to collect my small bag (it was stored for 10 USD - first time a hotel charged me for this), they made me wait 25 minutes, at 10pm. No one gave me any information about when I could get it back, while a taxi waited outside. The phone number given was not answered. When the receptionist came back from the airport which is 2 minutes by car, he turned out to be the same person as the airport pickup guy. What would you do if the hotel where you left your bag for an extra charge waited you with closed doors and no one to call? Answer is simple: only stay here when all the other places are full. No English is spoken at all - for an airport hotel, English-speaking check-in staff should be a minimum service.
