Could not locate the address number on the building; perhaps that would make it easier to check if we were at the right location, but it wasn't a big issue for us. Would be a bonus if an official luggage storage room was available. At our request, we were able to keep our luggage at the hotel in a locked room but there did not seem to be a designated locked storage room for this purpose.

The location was a stone's throw from the airport, and very much walkable. I felt safe even walking at night. It was secure since we had to ring the doorbell to be let in. The hotel itself was beautifully designed, with a little breakfast nook, and outdoor patio with tables. Our room was comfortable and had AC, a mini fridge with water, and wifi. Love that it came with breakfast (or breakfast to go if before 7am).

The waffles weren't very good.

It is located near the airport, very convenient! The breakfast was not the best but I did choose waffles, perhaps I should have chosen the local food. They were easy to reach and accommodated my late check in. The room is very nice and very clean.

Me and my wife were awoken by the noises of someone trying to pry the door of our room open in the middle of the night. The person trying to enter the room was a staff member of the hotel and when I had approached the door and asked the man what he was trying to do he quickly left with no response. Luckily my wife had left the security slide lock so the person was not able to get in, but the door lock was damaged and was no longer able to be fully closed. I was no longer able to sleep that night because I was worried about the safety of myself and of my wife. We had to catch our flight early in the morning and we were not able rest after what happened. Secondly, they told us to go upstairs and that someone was going to take us our breakfast but we waited and no one came so we left to the airport without having breakfast. Overall, our experience was not the best. I would not recommend this hotel. It was the first time that we stayed at this hotel so we were very disappointed. We’ve stayed at other nearby hotels and have had a better experience.

I was welcomed and made to feel comfortable right away. I was tired after driving 3 plus hours. I was taken to my room, which had ac a blow dryer, a nice clean room, a lot of room on the vanity. They brought my dinner to my room. The staff was very accommodating.

The Hotel did a bait and switch, was quoted one price and charged another, when asked, the hotel said it was for Booking.com fees and that the ad said so. It did not, it mentioned exchange rates. When pressed, was shown IVA (Tax ) rate. The booking Ad does advice that rates may vary slightly due to exchange rates, but cites the sales price as total. Either way, it was shady, at least. More more likely an intentional scam.

Staff not very friendly or welcoming. Airport pick up took 30 minutes as they refused to prearrange a pick up time. You will need mobile service to tell them you have arrived as the airport does not have wifi. I was told breakfast would be brought to my room, it wasn’t.

Check-in process was a bit laborious and took way too long as they were understaffed for the number of guests arriving.

The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel cared for. The hotel is RIGHT at the entrance to the airport. You can walk to the entrance daily but the staff insist on catering to you with a quick ride in their shuttle van. They offer a nutritious breakfast and meals throughout the day. We had their baked lasagna upon arrival to the hotel and departed with a breakfast in the terrace.

It had everything I needed: adjacent to the airport, quiet for a hotel by the airport, outside patio with seating, tasty and filling breakfast, coffee in the room, TV with YouTube and Netflix and a reasonable price.

If you are looking for a hotel close to the airport, you've found it. This hotel is absolutely 10/10 value. The desk staff are friendly and helpful. The location is very secure, and they offer room service (no restaurant to sit down in) for a reasonable price. I think breakfast was included but my flight was at 6am, so I didn't have time. The shuttle is on demand and ready with in a minute or two, and it's just a 60 second ride to the airport. You couldn't ask for anything better from an airport hotel. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, shower and bathroom were excellent.
