The bathroom needed a bit of cleaning. the shower/sink had a bit of stains.

It was soooo gorgeous on the inside. it was simple but beautiful. it was clean and very close to the airport. the staff was AMAZING. They make the place feel like home. As soon as I got there I was greeted (I had to buzz in to get in; which made me feel safe.) They asked what I wanted for my courtesy free breakfast. They also walked us up to the room to show us around the room. they also offered us dinner. They said if there was anything we needed to let them know. (They even sent me a message to make sure I made it from the airport okay and if I needed a ride.) I took the shuttle to the airport which was quick and easy. The staff really made the place worth it! thank you for being so welcoming!

the room was in a musty windowless basement. the windows in the picture faced into a hallway. The inn is very small with no real resturant. The price should have been closer to 50 dollars.

It was a short overnight stay so I didn’t find anything I disliked. The sound of planes nearby may be bothersome for some.

Prices booked on line, not honored ,charges were high at time of check in 20% higher, it is a 3* hostel. Location is very convenient and close to Airport. Is only one person attending be counter, needs improvement o. Every aspect.

reimburse me for my stay since I didn't get to stay there which again was out of my control.

My flight to Guatemala got cancelled due to the airport being closed so we were not able to get to Guatemala or use this hotel. When I told the hotel this they didn't credit me for the room. This is ridiculous as it was out of my control and an act of god.

There is nothing not to like. What an amazing property

This is an absolute must for anyone who is on a short stay in Guatemala City. As a solo female traveller I felt absolutely safe here. A short few minutes from the airport where no request was too much trouble. An absolute gem!

The interior of the room is modern and simple. It’s clean and smells good. Very budget friendly if you are traveling solo. It’s really close to the airport. They offer free breakfast and shuttle ride. Wifi is fast.

The place was very clean and extremely comfortable! Breakfast was lovely and Rogelio was so kind. He came and got me at 1am from the airport and brought me back the next morning. Absolutely lovely stay and staff. I highly recommend it!!

I booked this room to rest my head before a long flight and I'm so grateful I did. The staff was super attentive and professional. My flight was super early in the morning and they provided me with airport transportation at 2am which was incredible. I don't know what else I would have done if I hadn't booked at L'Aurora. Thank you 100x!!

our pick up from the airport was mishandled. i also did not appreciate the hotel price gouging on dinner pretending there was no other options. there is a perfectly good restaurant close by with fresh meals at normal prices. L’Aurora was offering microwave pizza at 3x normal prices which was ridiculous.
