The infrastructure of the hotel it's new. The bathrooms are great, the bedrooms are excellent too. They have a water and coffee station available 24/7. They don't provide breakfast but they give you discounts for the nearest restaurants.

It was noisy with construction in the hotel at 6:30 am and had to sleep the windows open otherwise it would be too hot, so we could hear the staff and it didn't feel quite intimate. the mattress was not very confortable. Don't forget the pool is 2 blocks away and 5$ USD.

It was Ok, we were expecting a bit better for the price.

As other visitors have mentioned, the rooms are not well insulated, so we could hear everything above and around us. People walking above all hours, and babies crying next door. The beds weren't the most comfortable.

We loved this hotel. It was like an oasis from the hustle outside. The common areas were charming and inviting. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The location can't be beat, walkable to everything. We were very pleased and would stay again.

Checkin is only at 3pm. We arrived at 1pm and had to wait for our room. After a volcano hike an early checkin our shower would have been great.

my room was rather small, I arrived at a saturday - loud music was blasting from an apparent party location just across the street, the place itself has no restaurant (which is a shame give the lovely roof terrace!) - tho one receives a discount voucher for a decent place a few hundred meters down the streets, all in all maybe a bit overpriced

The room was not as booked. I was supposed to get a larger room with two double beds to accommodate 4, even though we were 2 people. Instead we got a very small room near the front office with one double and one single bed. Sign on back of door stated room for 3. We could not open the curtains as it was a public area. The room was very hot and stuffy. Bed was not comfortable.

Beautiful tropical garden areas to sit after a busy day. Cold water and beer for purchase. Clean. Great location.

Staff were super helpful and always ready to answer any questions I had. Location is great, the view from the terrace is incredible. Plenty of space to watch the sunset from there.

There was no pool. The pool was available to use at a sister hotel but we didn't make use of this.

Great location in central Guatemala. Beautiful property, lovely grounds and terrace area. Room was nice too. Safe as the gate is locked at night with a staff member available to open it when you return home.

The smell from the bathroom drains was not pleasant and the walls are very thin. Staff were very friendly -‘d nice but not that well organised (asked about booking a trip and heard nothing for 2 days so went with another company).

Great location and beautiful communal areas of the hotel. Main bedroom was nice and well decorated.

The only thing could be they were in improvement works, but that's temporary and even do everything was clean.

Everything was pretty new and clean. The room was big with all the commodities that you need.
