No breakfast on the property , I would have never booked knowing that. They advertise as available breakfast ,but want you to walk 5 blocks to have breakfast in another same owner place.

Luggage storage is very limited (a small closet or their kitchen) so is a hit or miss whether the front desk will agree to keep your belongings while is time for you to check in. Upon arriving they require guests to fill out a form with c/c information, demographics, and passport/credential information. I saw numerous forms completed with other guests' information laying out visible without considering confidentiality this was a major red flag for any business due to identity theft. I even told the girls at the front to be more considerate of others' personal information. My room had a ceiling fan that I was afraid of keeping it turned on because it was extremely wobbly and I felt it would fall on me while sleeping on top of it being loud because of the squeaky noise. I was in room #14 so I could hear absolutely everything in the lobby, the spoon of the staff soup bowl while on their lunch break, hall conversations between staff members and other guests staying. Last, no body lotion, no shampoo or conditioner only body soap bar in my room.

Location was great. Everything is walking distance. Facilities are very beautiful and as advertised. Bed was comfy. Staff super attentive.

AVOID : If you like to sleep on wood beds with cardboards walls, it is the bestplace. Bed are super hard Bathroom does not look at all mike the pictures Lot of noise in the patio in the evening You hear every that happen in the other rooms. It is worth 30 dollars, not more. The price was way too high. Not good value for money at all. Staff not friendly, no help for luggages etc.

Toilet and shower didn't work and the staff wasn't particularly helpful about it. It was extremely noisy due to the housekeeping people talking every morning at our window. If you must book, ask for a room not on the first floor. Plus too expensive and not worth it.

Very noisy, staff clean very early in the morning, disturbing guests. My room is under the terrace, and there's a lot of noise in the room, both from above and next to the room, with the water fountain. The bathroom sink is too small.

It's misleading that they feature "parking" as available when all they do is "refer" you to a parking place hoping there's availability. We couldn't find a parking spot in neither of the places they directed us to so we left. They DO NOT offer parking.

The rooms are small, they look cheap, not sound proof at all, you can hear everything happening next door, bathroom not that clean. You can pay cash, US$ are accepted but if you want to pay by credit card you must ad a hefty 6% surcharge.

We love to walk around so the location is not an issue for us. It is probably about a 5 min to the central park. The views of the volcanoes on clear days are amazing.

The room was very small. No air circulation due to not having ventilation in two points to create a breeze. The room didn't cool down to the outside temp at all in the night. It was too hot to sleep. There is no parking at this location. You have to park three blocks away with an additional charge of $15 per vehicle per day.

extremely loud construction work with heavy machinery was taking place in the lobby very close to our room until the early hours of the morning. While the staff on site were pleasant, management did not offer an appropriate solution or compensation.

The staff were great. Especially the night staff, very friendly and welcoming. Also, they were very knowledgeable about the area and gave recommendations so one could experience the best time.

Hotel location was easy access to everything and to remember where you were. Close to the central park and Cerro de la cross ( the highlight of the trip)
