The room was no frills and met our needs for our stay. We were primarily looking for a place to sleep, as we were out during the day (The room was extremely dark, making it perfect for sleeping). The hotel was located a few blocks from the main streets and was very quiet. The breakfast was fantastic! The room was clean and serviced daily.

I stayed at this lovely hotel with my daughter. We had friends who were also here in two other rooms. Our room was in a quiet location, very clean and spacious. Our only issue is that the beds were a little too hard for us. The garden area was enchanting! We loved walking on the grass pathways, looking at the many flowers and hearing the birds! So beautiful and peaceful! Our breakfasts were bountiful and delicious! We ate dinner one night in the restaurant and we all enjoyed our meal. The staff were friendly and efficient. If we ever return to Antigua we will certainly want to stay at Hotel Farolas.

The shower could be redone by now. Also the TV is a bit older.

We thought it was a bit overpriced. Especially as there were works planned so we also didn’t have running water for one of the days which we were not informed about before booking which was a bit disappointing considering the price.

Really beautiful hotel, the garden is lovely and the rooms are very spacious and conformable. The breakfast is delicious, served at their restaurant where you can choose from any of the dishes. Good location on a quiet street, close to the main square.

The was a member of the wait staff who must have been new as he did not have the same friendly and inviting manner as the other members of the team. I would suggest a refresher for some of the staff in relation to customer service.

Beautiful hotel in a great location with very attentive and friendly staff. My favourite aspects were the breakfast and gorgeous gardens. I used the wifi a bit for work during my staff and worked fine, although I didn't try to have any meetings so not sure about the connection for that. There were quite a few nice areas for quiet work.

The room was hot frequently, I was forced to open the door to allow circulation of the air and lost privacy doing this. I requested an extra fan and they provided.

Location was excellent, close enough to everything is Antigua but with hardly any noise. The garden inside the property is enchanting!

Las Farolas was perfect for us. Not right in the middle of town but an easy 5 minute walk. Very quiet, peaceful, and safe. We were able to park inside the courtyard. The rooms were very comfortable. There were decent options for breakfast and the food was very good! The people at the reception area were always very nice and helpful.

The room and bathroom were clean and the beds very comfortable. They provided complimentary water which was greatly appreciated. What I loved the most is that ar night it was very quiet and we rested well. Other hotels in antigua have a bit of a noise problem ar night.
