The power to the entire island went out, which wasn't the hostel's fault. But, it meant that AC didn't work which wasn't ideal.

Edwin the guy at the reception was very kind and always helpful when I had questions. I was also allowed to let my bags there, even if I didn't spend another night there. I was also allowed to take a shower in the afternoon, after the Tikal hike. The room was quiet with a good AC. Also the showers and toilets were clean. Many plants creates a relaxing vibe.

The communication seemed a bit off sometimes. Water was hot one morning, cold another. Unfortunately, i only got one day of hot shower. When i asked, they said there was a problem, but why they didnt tell us? They also moved me to another bed without telling me. The problem is that they got my stuff, which were on my bed, and moved to another one. I got super stressed when I arrived and didn't see my things, and also, I don't think they should move our stuff around without asking for permission.

The place is comfortable. I looooved the beds, I really needed to rest after the volcano hiking, and the beds were very comfy. The breakfast was great, and the area (inside and outside) was clean and beautiful.

Even with good windows and air conditioning, the party noise from the street below is very noisy . (2nd floor room) We were there on the weekend before Easter. Probably anywhere in the town would have the same issue.

The location of the hostel is perfect, on the island, in a cute street, next to some groceries little shops opened late. The check in must be before 10pm but if your flight has delayed like mine there is some 24h/7 so they will still be able to proceed the check in. If you pay by cash it is less expensive. You access the bedrooms and bathrooms via an inner courtyard. The bathrooms are mixed and the shower doors do not have a lock. There are only 2 toilets downstairs so it happened I had queue... There is a potable water fountain in the courtyard. Next to the bed there is a little light and a plug which is great as well as curtains, and in the bedroom there are lockers to put your belongings (bring your lock). There are some books in the common area. And there is a coffee in the hostel where you will have your breakfast. The breakfast is ok but not really feeding (not much) just eggs, a little portion of fruit and 3-4 little slices of bread. The juice is amazing! Coffee is not included. What I really disliked is that they knew I was leaving at 6 am (I let them know by messages before my arrival to ask if it is ok at an early checkout) and no one told me I had to explicitly request a take away breakfast. The breakfast starts at 7 am so I just thought I could not have mine even if included. And when I left the guy asked me if I requested the breakfast last night to take away (he had two packages behind him): No. Because no one told me I could...

4 beds dorm was a bit tiny and lacks lockers but still felt safe. Also it would be amazing if they charge a bit more and breakfast includes coffee. Its a bit annoying to have to pay jt separetely. Other than that all good! :)

Little loud at night on the weekends- not the hostel itself, just its location. Maybe don’t stay on the island of Flores if you want a quieter night.

Great hostel in Flores island. Rooms are nice and comfy and I really appreciated the included breakfast! While there was no coffee included it does come with another drink (juice).

Good beds, good location, simple but tasty breakfast which is included in the price, friendly staff, kitchen to use, however the kitchen is not very organized. Be aware that dorm B6 doesn't have lockers! Also this dorm can be a bit noisy because it's on the street side, but with good ear plugs you should be fine. Good AC as well and hot showers! Young travellers.

We had the deluxe two double bed room, by accident, but it was the most amazing room. The bed slept very good and the pillows were nice too. So much space and so clean. Staff was friendly and a very good location.

Wish that breakfast came with coffee otherwise you have to buy at the on sight cafe which is pretty expensive. Kitchen could have been a little cleaner and with a bit more amenities. Also the private bathroom in the dorms never flushed properly so always had to go downstairs to use the other toilet. Otherwise a great hostel.

Comfiest bed I've slept in Guatemala! Loved that they had curtains, aircon and hot water. Breakfast was basic eggs on toast with some fruit but the scrambled eggs were delicious! Staff were all so friendly and the balcony with the hammocks was a great place to sit.

It's a little bit on the small side, but it seems to be the norm in Flores and it's not the most social of hostel. Still a great place to stay on the island.

The hostel has a kitchen which is a plus, the room is ok in terms of appliance, just not the most inviting. The beds and breakfast are great

The toilet in our room didn’t flush properly. The staff really tried to fix it though. The tours they offer are rather expensive.

The staff was very nice and welcoming! The showers are good. Location is also good, but I don't think it matters where on Flores island you stay since it's so small.

There's loud music with a very strong bass playing in the common area all day. I found this quite annoying when I was trying to relax or talk to people. The staff told me that they would fix this in the future, however. The beds are not very comfortable: you feel the wood boards through the mattress. . No coffee with the breakfast

The staff is very nice and extremely helpful. One time I booked a tour and the tour company last moment told me there was no more space, even though I reserved a space. One of the staff members went out of his way to ensure that I could do the tour anyway. The property is very clean Nice breakfast, although it's a shame that coffee isn't included as it usually is.

A bid noisy in the evening because of tuk-tuks and echo that narrow streets make. Ask for earplugs at reception.

Staff Alex and Manuel were polite and helpful, coffe and cookies were great. There was hot water every day that is not the thing you can find everywhere in Guatemala. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around.
