The rooms are comfortable but a bit small. It does come with two twin size beds that you can easily slide together.

Breakfast wasn't included but there are plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from.

the location is good , but the road form the center to the hotel at night wasn’t so nice, you get from two dark alleys.

Was a bit noisy our last night when a big french tour group took over the hotel, but not the hotels fault. Room was a tad small.

Friendly and helpful staff who extended the parking lot discount even after we left for other locations on the lake. Good wifi, comfy beds, good AC.

Our pillow cases were taken off of the pillows and replaced with shams.

The room was small but very clean. There was no seating in the room but plenty of options outside. A stove and refrigerator were available to cook for ourselves if we wanted to.

Not a social hotel but that was fine with me. Would be nice to have a sun lounger or similar on the roof as it's only plastic chairs.

Excellent hotel to spend a few nights in. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and the location is central. The kitchen was a highlight, it's very big and free to use so I was cooking my own meals and there was free coffee. The rooftop is also great, I spent a lot of my time up there relaxing.

Great staffs!! Especially Edwin the manager was wonderful. He even helped me with carrying my heavily loaded bags. He assisted me during my stay via WhatsApp for my questions and requests. The room is super clean. The location looks a bit complicated BUT it's easy once you know the area, and it's very convenient as the location of the property is inside the quiet residential area while only a few minutes walking distance to the main streets. Each room has a real shower with strong pressure, Hot water for 24hrs! As a bonus, the property has a kitchen for guests to use so you can prepare your own breakfast if you like. Also there is a rooftop to chill out with the mountain view. Of course you can make your own coffee and access to complimentary water. This is the best deal in Panajachel 😁

Super clean and quiet just a 2 minutes walk from the main street and 15 minutes from the docks

The ONLY issue was the 2nd morning our water was not hot. I think the boiler was off during the night. We spoke with staff and later the water was lukewarm, but tolerable. I think they need some mats or towels for stepping out of the shower because its pretty slick to step out on tile with wet feet.

The location was a little tricky to find but it is very close to the main street. It is very quiet and the staff was so nice. It is very affordable and we will certainly come back and stay longer! Not luxury, but very clean and comfy.

I was so happy with our stay! He could not have been more friendly and helpful! We stayed at multiple places in Guatemala and the customer service here was best.
