Really lovely stay. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They keep the place spotlessly clean. Comfort bed, clean bathroom and a nice terrace.

The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious enough, clothing hooks on the wall and everything very clean. Good value for money considering the other options in Antigua. It is a bit of a walk from the centre but there are a few restaurants and cafes not too far away. One evening the running water was not working so could not shower or run the taps but this has happened in other places I’ve stayed in so perhaps it’s something that happens not uncommonly in Guatemala.

Some guests were quite loud early in the morning and noise travels easily in the hallway between rooms. Perhaps clearer signage and expectation setting around quiet hours would help.

Excellent value for its cost. Hidden gem that is tucked away in the corner of the study (only 15 min walking distance from the main plaza). Staff was so courteous.

The location was excellent, as it was more peaceful than being right in the center of antigua, where it can get a little loud. I enjoyed the room, it was great value for money.

Not the fault of the hostel, but there were very loud guests that we had a lot of issues with for 2 nights. There is about 7 rooms in the hostel and a large family arrived one night and took up 3/4 bedrooms so they thought they were at home and were making a lot of noise late at night and again at 5am they were blaring music and shouting down the corridors. We had asked many times for them to keep it down and they were quite rude back which was brought to the attention of the hostel.

The staff were very very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were always kept clean too which was nice. The kitchen is very small but was perfect for basic meals with a terrace upstairs to eat your meal. We stayed here both sides of the volcano hike and they held our luggage for us while we were away.

It was noisy and the rooms were stuffy. I went to bed at 3am because I arrived so late at the airport - by 7am there was lots of noise and people up talking when I really needed some rest. Maybe they could put a time for noise.

Very clean property with lovely staff. The rooms are well situated and easily walkable from the city centre. I arrived at 1am and they organised a transfer for me which was greatly appreciated. I also left my bag with them when I was changing hotels and had a very early morning pick up. The staff were lovely and the internet worked very well.
