Breakfast could have been better, some front staff had more limited english than one might hops.

I used this hotel as my base for travel in town and east of town, prior to moving to Antigua. The staff were generally competent at their jobs, and flexible and imaginative in helping me with various tasks. Breakfast was good not great, with limited options and a bit of a cattle call given the crowds, no espresso machine. Parking was free, location was great, neighborhood was upscale with lots of dining options.

the hotel is so beautiful, close to the airport. we had very friendly and helpful recepcionist, they helped a lot to organize shuttles.

The stink coming from bathroom or air conditioning vents. Sewage? Was on and off.

Nice modern new rooms with laminate/hardwood style flooring. Relatively large living space in front of beds, large TV with Netflix, Prime, youtube etc. Comfortable beds and great high floor view of volcanoes and sunsets.

I celebrate my wedding there and everything was excelente I will definitely be recommending it . the staff the place the food was great thank you.

Really beautiful suite with a breathtaking view of the city. such a treat to see the city lights at night and the daytime expansive views from the floor to ceiling windows. The location is perfect in Zone 10 and the staff from front desk, to housekeeping, to restaurant staff were so helpful. Vini at the restaurant gave us some great tips for things to see and do.

There was no hot tub

The hotel was excellent, clean and comfortable, we felt very safe. there were some great resturant and high end food courts close by.

it was centrally located to many things. the views from the 12th floor were just spectacular. and the beautiful Jade stones for-sale in the lobby just gorgeous.

We arrived Christmas eve a little early and were not allowed into our room until 3pm.Eventually ,they allowed us in slightly earlier but would have been better if we could have been allowed in on arrival as there were very few clients and nearly all shops around were closed and we had international travel bags which they helpfully stored whist waiting, Double glazing may have helped when celebratory fireworks by all the locals ,are released on specific days.(Ours being midnight Christmas Eve)

Hotel location and presentation was very good. Most staff were helpful and pleasant still working Christmas Eve. Very roomy and well spec'd facility, big screen TV with apps, lounge suite etc Our room on the 14th floor was clean large and modern. Comfortable bed We did not have time to taste their included breakfast. We still spec this a good hotel with only minor faults that may be related to the time of year.

this hotel is very nice. everything about it is nice. kids enjoyed the breakfast each day and there is a hot tub on the roof.....beware that is the temperature is cold, it will be cold when you leave the hot tub.

they update my room and the female manager whom I forgot her name was the kindness and most professional person I’ve encountered it. 12/08/22 to 12/11/22 was always attentive on my needs, I requested I new room and she update me and made sure my family and I was comfortable. one more reason to visit Radisson hotel. will keep coming as every time I visit I fee right at home. thanks
