United Statesmold!! our room was full of mold and smelled terrible. you can see the mold on the curtains. the room had zero ventilation. it was disgusting. I booked this property because of the free airport shuttle but THERE IS NO SHUTTLE!! the staff did not apologize for false advertising. booking.com needs to update the lack of facilities. jacuzzi is broken indefinitely.

GuatemalaNot up to what we expected. No parking in the building! We travelled with kids, had to cross the street with bad weather in a not too pleasant environment, every time we went out. This was the one thing I asked for in advance. The floor in the room was wet in the morning, because the windows leak. There was hammering early because they were repairing something. Knowing in advance would have chosen a better place for a lower price and a better experience.
Staff was very kind. Location is ideal.

BelgiumI had higher expectations booking the hotel. The pictures look better than the reality. I would not recommend this place for overseas business traveler. The hotel and the room was not very cosy and nice comfy Cosy feeling. Large unpleasant room, carpet on the ground, could be cleaner. I missed warmth and cosines of the place. Also level of restaurant was not sufficient.

MexicoThe terrace wasn't available. We had no water from 12pm to 2am as stated on a letter given to me in the lobby and posted under my hotel room door. This can't be helped, if there is a problem then it needs fixing and it seems I just happened to arrive on this day. Things that can be helped though. The floor in the bathroom had a number of long hairs on it. Having Afro hair, I knew that this was not my hair. This is way below what I expect from a Radisson hotel. I also had no stirrer or spoon for my coffee facility in the room. The breakfast had a distinct lack of hot options for vegetarians or people who do not eat pork. Longaniza and bean's with bacon were available, I didn't understand why the scrambled eggs had to have bacon too. This was disappointing as most Radisson Hotels are able to offer a first class service. This one fell below the usual standard.
The views of the city were beautiful. It came with all of the trimmings associated with staying at the Radisson. Very high quality furniture and fixtures.

GuatemalaOn booking com they say that they have a spa, that was the reason why we booked the hotel. It was our last day in Guatemala and we wanted to spoil ourselves, We were looking forward to it. But to our surprise they dont have a spa anymore , but still say they have one . Very bad. Then when you booked the hotel and you cant cancel anymore then they tell you that the terrace and the jacuzzi area are closed too because of renovation. Very bad . They have to tell before you book not afterwards

The lady at the reception (who did everything so quickly to finish and they didn't gave us any correct information) told us that was impossible and that they would prepare a breakfast box us. the next day we went down at 06.45 and to our great surprise we saw the restaurant open and full of people. as for the breakfast in the box it was tragic. apparently the hotel managers work there randomly and do not have the basic training in a hotel of this category. and taining in a hotel of this category. and the problem was not only in the morning. No hot water. We bathed in cold water. In a double room they had only one small bottle of water and one set of towels. the problem was not only in the morning.
