United StatesVery basic furnishings, HARD mattresses with toppers, no stirrers for your instant coffee, no bathroom storage/shelves. Single ice machine in the hotel was not working. Convenient to airport. If a room sleeps four there should be four chairs at the table.
Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Loved our fancy toilet. Having a small frig was a plus. Mini market and restaurant next door that we enjoyed.

PalauStaff doesn't read notes on a booking. I arrived on a 5am flight and wanted to pay in cash. I booked for night prior to 5am as I knew I would need to pay for the night but made sure to put notes in multiple areas. The staff and the manager charged the card for one night assuming I was a no show. Please TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE TO READ ALL NOTES.

The bathroom was very clean and comfortable. The heated toilet seat was surprisingly comfortable. The three settings in the shower all had great heat and pressure: rain shower, hand held, foot faucet. This was my favorite part. I almost forgot the mention there are blue LED lighting inside the toilet and around the sink.

United StatesLighting in the room I was in was poor at best. It was a clean room but you would not have noticed it because lighting was so poor. There is no attached restaurant or complimentary breakfast. You would have to look for meals. Very little within walking distance.
The gym had a variety of different types of exercise. It couldn't handle a a lot of people at a time, but if it is just you, perfect. Boiling pot, microwave, kitchen sink frig, .. things I expect to get by for snacks, coffee/tea leftover meal warn-ups. Appreciate those amenities. No problems at all with WiFi. Traveling for work, this is an absolute must and need to perform flawlessly, which it did. No issues with parking.
