    “A new hotel, clean but lacks some services. No room service, not much tourist information, rooms are really only adequate for two people. We were sold one room for 4 people, omg it was unbearable, we had to climb over suitcases to get into bed. However the next morning upon my complaining they gave us two rooms for the same price.”

    “We were scammed! We pre-booked and paid about three days before. We arrived at the hotel to be told the room was no longer available, NO alternatives were offered. The excuse was that they had had a fire, however NO fires were reported in the complex! It was a very busy Saturday night where the spot price had increased by 150%, obviously our pre-paid room was let for a higher figure. We ended up finding another room elsewhere for 110% higher than what we prepaid. To make matters worse the owner showed no remorse behaving atrociously. NEVER AGAIN.”
