We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Thailandi lost my printed invoice from the hotel and when i called the hotel to send to my email just one day after i checked out, the hotel did not even bother to respond or send any email, even after the operator mentioned that they will resend the invoice to my email address - I guess this is what to expect from HK service
The hotel is new so everything looks very clean and nice, location is great - walking distance to wanchai station, many restaurant nearby which make it easy to grab something to eat

Indonesiai was upgraded to the tatami room, which im very thrilled about. it was small but perfect for solo travelers. can be a challenge if u are a family with kids. i got the corner, city view which has floor to ceiling windows. amazing views l, especially at night. service & staff was very helpful. very clean. they have a japanese toilet (bidet). there is a whiskey bar on the 25th floor, next to the gym. unfortunately no sauna, but it was good enough. awesome restaurant too. location was 7min walk from wanchai MTR station. u can also do a 10-15min walk to causeway bay (great for shopping).

SerbiaThis is my second time staying at this hotel, and I’m just as pleased as before. The design is beautiful – lots of wood and high-quality materials create a warm and cozy atmosphere. The view of the city is amazing, and the location is very convenient, with the metro, bus stops, and ferry terminal all nearby. I also love Malin and Goetz toiletries, which I remembered from my previous stay. The rooms are quite small, but they’re well-designed and perfect for one person – every detail is thoughtfully considered, so I didn’t experience any inconvenience. I think this hotel offers excellent value for money

Special thanks to Michelle and her lovely colleagues for a very warm welcome and special surprise upon our arrival (my partner and I celebrated a special day at the hotel). We chose the signature Japanese Tatami style room with a truly spectacular 270 degree view over the whole city of Hong Kong! The selection of tea and overall Japanese theme in the room were much appreciated! Absolutely everything was so nice about our stay and the only thing we regret about is how short of a stay it was. Definitely worth coming back!

United StatesThe room is a little smaller than usually. I am a pretty big guy (5'11) and I found it a little difficult to walk around with my luggage in the room. Not a big deal for a night or two.
Very clean facility and located at a convenient location. Super friendly staff and view from my corner room is not bad either. Nice and quite and I was able to sleep through the night given the busy highway near by.
