We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Hong Kongthe “side seaview” label on the room type is a misconception trying to get consumers to pick the higher rate. if you choose this type of room, you only get a very very tiny glimpse of the harbor while putting your head against the main window(city view.. fyi old building view)

Hong KongI am not really satisfied the whole station. First, when I arrived in the front desk, the staff said that they didn’t receive any reservations from me until I showed my email confirmation. Second, I booked a large double bed room, but they just offered 2 single bed room. Third, I just requested a towel, the house keeper spent over half hours to send to my room. Forth, the hotel floor plan is extremely unclear. Fifth, the front desk staff definitely can spend Cantonese, however, he requested other guests to talk English.
