We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Brilliant location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Extremely clean. Building is fine, especially compared with what some reviews say. Good shower.

The staff was very friendly, the room served its purpose (shower & sleep), noon checkout is great, but the best part was its location. The staff also allowed us to keep our luggage safe with them for a little while past our checkout time.

RussiaI saw a little mold in the bathroom, but it is expected with such humidity and no windows which could be opened.
It was the tiniest room I had ever seen, but it gave me all I needed (clean bed linen and towel, teapot, hair dryer, cold and hot water, own bathroom, ventilator and a small window also). It is not so hard to find the place — you just need to go through stalls to lifts and choose the right one. Nice transport accessibility!

GeorgiaThe room is very small and without windows it makes a depressing impression - this must be kept in mind. The building is not in very good condition, quite dirty, with queues for the elevators and rather dubious characters on the ground floor.
Very friendly staff. The room was cleaned periodically, towels were changed, consumables were added. The location is excellent - the waterfront with stunning views of Victoria Harbor is very close, as is the Kowloon area and many other interesting places. Hong Kong hotel prices are super high, so this is a very good budget option.

AustraliaArriving at night is intimidating. Ground floor of the mansion is a market and very busy. People hawking accommodation. AC was adequate, room needs airing (slight damp smell but no evidence as very clean).
Centrally located near the train station, easy walk though some stairs in exit C2 from the train. Lift to 20th floor B block easy to navigate. Great solo room with single bed. Clean and good vibe. Staff very lovely.

The owner and her assistant is very welcoming and friendly. They cater to our needs as soon as requested. Near TST MTR and shopping district. Great location in city center! Fair price considering how convenient its location is.

CambodiaReason why I only gave it 3 out of 10, is due to lack of communication from the hotel side on how to find this Guesthouse. It wasn't communicated at all that you have to go into this old/dirty mall, take one particular lift (one out of 6) and go to the 10th floor to find the Guesthouse. Luckily I checked reviews on Google before my arrival that were explaining how to get there. Other wise I would have had no idea and am curtain I could not find it.
The rooms/Guesthouse isn't actually that bad, considering proper hotels in Hong Kong charge at least $200++ per night. The ladies at reception are very nice and helpful and location is very central.

United KingdomThe room was literally the size of my bed. I couldn’t find space to put my bag down, and the room was shorter than me so sleeping was uncomfortable. The whole area seems super dodgy. Lifts take forever to get, the building is full of suspicious looking rude people who will cut the line to the lift so watch out. I regretted staying there so much. I met a guy who just gave up on the money and booked somewhere else on the first day. Definitely overpriced for what it was! Find somewhere else. Or at least look up the building name on Wikipedia before you book it. It’s the biggest tourist trap in HK.
There’s not a single thing I could think of that I liked about the property.
