Only issue is that the quilt is far too hot even with the aircon turned down to lowest setting. Bed would work better with a top sheet added

We had to check out by 12 but flight wasn’t until midnight but hotel wouldn’t allow us WiFi access , which made booking taxi difficult.

There was a leakage above the toilet seat which made some activities difficult. The hotel does not provide toothbrush or a pair of hotel slippers which is available everywhere. It had to be bought through the vending machine. Taxi drivers are generally not happy coming for a drop in this area at night. Bus stops for the city or Disneyland are also far away. 10 mins.

The rooms size was good with a great view of the bay and the area around. The bathroom was very unique, and this made my 2-year-old kid have a great time. Its like a pool concept with stairs going towards the shower area. The AC was perfect. The hotel provided us with a Philips water controller which can heat/cool the water. Very Handy. The area near the hotel is called Discovery Bay and it was not crowded at all. We wanted some quiet time and when we saw the area around the hotel, we choose to extend our stay by a day and enjoy the peace and quiet. The silence as because it being off season otherwise it looks like a great area for someone who loves water activities. They also have shuttle service for Disneyland, Sunny Bay & Tung Chuc area which was a great help. The Breakfast options were plenty and all delicious. Loved it

I didn't liked the breakfast (few options and the same all the times), the concierge service (rude and not helpfull) and the the main doors do not open automatically. They should hire a door man to greet all their customers and open the door for them.

Love the view to the sea. Room is spacious. Bathroom is big and has double sink which is very good. Hotel provides free shuttle bus to Tung Chung and Sunny Bay MTR which is very convenient.

We brought a baby blanket, and left it on the bed when we left the room for the day.. When we got back, the blanket was missing After searching and calling the hotel management They still could not find it. we suspect housekeeping tidied the bed and grooved the entire bedding, with our blanket in it. It’s sentimental so am still upset about it

Loud air conditioning.

A quiet hotel within 30 min travel distance from the city, located in the car free zone. Casual restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, post office nearby. Perfect for people who value to be in the heart of local community.

Be aware the “mountain view” looks over the shops, area for the buses and other buildings. Might have been a mountain view in the past, but not anymore. This did not bother us, but might bother others.

Clean, easy to get to, close to amenities and public transport (buses and taxis). Unfortunately we didn’t get the time to test the pool.

The pool was closing between 18 and 19:30, the information about shuttle services was not fully complete on Booking. I would have appreciated information on how to get from the airport to the shuttle and shuttle service hours upfront.

I liked the installations, the pool was having a good size, there were towel service and full equipped showers nearby.

The carpet in my room I think wasn’t vacuumed well, it gave me slight allergies. The staff at certain areas like the pool and the cafe were very inhospitable. Didn’t smile, didn’t care to lead me to a seat in the cafe after I paid, etc.

Really convenient location with plenty of dining options and coffee shops nearby. Easily accessible by public transport.

very strange room setup with unreasonable coridor which consumed lots of space in the room

it was nice but not fantastic. water supply was on our floor which was good - but it is not on all the floors. Food was so-so. we had much better in Tokio. Pool was nice and big with well equiped changing rooms.
